Meh, ya get what ya pay for.
$20 for early check in…whatever, I guess you pay for convenance. Attempted to locate our room, the worker (in flip flops, short shorts, and bikini top covered with a dirty string tanktop seemed annoyed when I interrupted her personal phone call to inquire about where the room was. The room itself was ok, I guess. Random hair and “particles” on bed/sheets…didn’t seem clean. Shower drain was very slow and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the counter. The room also had a smell…like it used to be a smoking room and they never quite got all the stale cigarette odor out. Location was great, but that was about it.

Great location. Staff was good. Room was nice. Beds and shower were great. TV didn't work. Hallway smelled bad, but the room smelled fine.

This place is a total dump. Room smelled like someone was smoking marijuana in it right before we got there. Stains on the walls and ceiling, peeling wall paper, no toiletries, sad sandpaper towels. I could go on and on, it was terrible. Thank God it was only one night.

Was called 1 hour before check in stating my card didnt go through for my reservation. So i gave it to them. I showed up and the lady had it written on piece of paper with like 4 other customers info. She then also had me run my card when i was wanting to pay with cash. After getting my reciept i found out i was charged for 2 nights when i had changed my reservations 3 weeks prior. Waa then told id have to wait til i checked out before getting my refund. Was more hassle when leaving. Still domt show any refund made to my credit card after being told ot was refunded. Room was clean and fine.

We had no towels washcloths or toilet paper or Kleenexes in our room had to ask for them. TV didn’t work had to have somebody come fix it spout in the tub just completely spun loose hole in the wall where they worked on water pipes, dirty coffee, pot air conditioner did not work properly. Overall, it was a very crappy stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The saddest motel on Hotels.com
I really think that the pictures speak volumes about the quality of the room I stayed in on June 9,2024. The man that checked me in said they purchased the motel 2 months ago. They are charging way too much for the condition of their room. The door to the room is still an old fashioned key. Also, I was never told that the office doesn’t open until 8am. I had no idea what to do with the key. So I tried calling and no one answered because they don’t open until 8am. It was 7am. I put the key on the nightstand and closed the door and left. The room had some issues. The curtain rod was falling down. 1 night stand was missing a handle. Rust on the bathroom door frame. Wallpaper issues. And the light fixture above the sink was broken. And let’s look at the whole they cut to work on the shower faucet. Not screwed or patched up. The saddest place I have ever been to with Hotels.com.

Our room was dirty, windows and mirrors streaked with grime. The shower barely worked and then the water was hardly even room temperature- in the jacuzzi as well. The lamp was broken and without a lightbulb. Multiple light switches didn’t even work. The TV only would show 2 or 3 channels. Not to mention, the main lobby smelled like old microwaved food.

No early check-in. The hallway to our room smells smoky. The beds were not double sheeted. Some of the pillowcases did not completely cover the pillow. The toilet got clogged and made a noise all night. No tissues in the tissue holder in the bathroom. looks like something exploded in the corner of room on the ceiling. Mini fridge had not been wiped down- There were pieces of food.

What a bad time
Checked in to find a naked squatter in my room. I was very surprised at this. Downgraded my room because that was all that was available. That room looked clean but the smell was horrible. Rancid piss, dirty human smeel filled the air. They had no other rooms too offer. 1/10 left hotel with refund.
