The roads around this property were not that safe and inconvenient. For grandeur hotels, this is fine. Overall, I recommend the hotel OMO7 Osaka. This hotel is also not that unique. It’s OK, but you should probably think twice before staying.

Onsen was awesome. Breakfast was awesome, and the buffets weren’t too expensive beyond that for what they were. Very liveable city and area. If I go back to Japan one day, I can only hope to stay somewhere so nice again.

Personal war verwirrt und konnte überhaupt kein Englisch. Die Personen haben sich nahezu gestritten, wer uns helfen darf. Die Lounge hat wenig geboten, nicht einmal soft drinks. Speisen wurden nicht nachgefüllt. Eine Frechheit war die Trennung zwischen Frauen und Männer Spa. Keine Möglichkeit als Pärchen gemeinsam zu entspannen. Fitnessbereich klein und dürftig ausgestattet. Pro Stunde Late Check out 100€. Zimmer sehr klein. Preis Leistung eine absolute Frechheit!!!!

The hotel is brand new and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were compact yet comfortable but the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, especially when trying to put on makeup. The only bar option cost an additional $35/guest to enter- for a 4 star hotel I would expect at least a lobby bar area where guests can order drinks without a surcharge.

Outstanding property with views of the city to match. Easy to navigate from the nearby metro (Yodoyabashi). Close enough to Dontonbori and far enough too. A gem in Osaka for sure.

Very good location right in between the shopping hubs in Umeda (15min walk) and Shinsaibashisuji (15min taxi). There’s a convenient store right downstairs. The room is compact but has everything you need. It was perfect for us and we enjoyed the great service here.

This is a perfectly good hotel, however, there were some limitations for westerners. What we thought was a swimming pool was part of a gender specific onsen, limited to nude bathing only, which I was not into. If you care about looks, the decoration of the hotel was very much “done on the cheap”. The mustard yellow recycled polyester carpet looked liked it was laid in 1974 and not 2024. For a new hotel, there was lot of obvious wear and tear. The pyjamas were made of a very heavy and hot polyester, and far too small for a woman with my ample proportions (Australian size 16). Other than these minor issues, we had a good stay at this hotel. It is very central to Osaka Station City and other train connections, and an easy walk to local restaurants.

The view was phantastic! We could see the river, the castle, etc.. The atmosphere of the place was great! All new, and due to the design it looked really spacious. The door for the restroom in the room opened to the inside. with the little space there was, it was really tricky to close the door while being inside.

The Hotel is very new and comfortable. The views from the gym room is spectacular so it becomes a pleasure to do exercises there. I also like the availability of sufficient numbers of self service washing and drying machines. However, it would be better if there are more dining options in the Hotel. Overall speaking, I enjoyed my stay very much.

This was an amazing hotels, the great roof top bath house was perfect after long walks and if I had any compliant it was one, the door in the toilet room opening towards the toilet. It wasn’t a lot of space but that’s no big deal. Still a fantastic hotel experience.

Turned up at the hotel to discover the room that I had booked was too small for 3 adults. So had no option but to ask for an upgrade that cost us over £150 for two nights. Our new room was amazing with 3 single beds and views to die for. However on second day housekeeping made no attempt to make our beds or generally tidy the room! Breakfast not great and didn’t really cater for European palate. Not really enough options. Breakfast area far to small for the number of people and felt very busy. Overall if I was to go back to Osaka I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
