The roads around this property were not that safe and inconvenient. For grandeur hotels, this is fine. Overall, I recommend the hotel OMO7 Osaka. This hotel is also not that unique. It’s OK, but you should probably think twice before staying.

Second best stay of my trip. The rooftop onsen and gym facilities were top choice and they allowed tattoos. The cozy clothes they provided were top choice and the slippers?? I want a pair for home! My only complaint is that I didn’t spend more time in Osaka.

It's a very nice, modern hotel. I would withhold 5 stars, for a few relatively minor concerns. The main one would be that the front desk/check in, not infrequently seemed overwhelmed. Esp. around check in time. There was a line up ~20 deep, and the check in area, with a beautiful view on the 17th floor, just wasn't large enough. Between the luggage being stored, the counter line up, and the family and friends hanging around in the area, there wasn't enough room for guests to transit through the area. Also the gym, with an amazing view on the 30th floor, just isn't practically set up. Too much cardio equipment and not enough room for weights and upright cable tower. Also dumbbells' only up to 10 kgs? This doesn't make sense and is not adequate for most exercise enthusiasts.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Definitely gives luxury and has such great amenities! I had a room with a wonderful view which was so beautiful. Staff was lovely as well. Very welcoming

The property itself was lovely and had some beautiful features (the spa was fantastic) but for me the detail was missing. For example, I stayed for five nights and had a cup of tea in my room on night 1. The cup with used tea bag stayed in the room for the duration of my stay. It was never cleared away. Breakfast also had limited choices for a western palate in my opinion, so I ate yoghurt and fruit every single morning. The hotel did not offer room service and the minibar was empty and never filled during my stay. I would rate this hotel a 2 out of 5, for the view and spa only. Everything else was far belw expectation

Spotless, modern and luxurious design, staff were extremely courteous and kind. Station was fairly accessible, less than 10 minutes from hotel to on train. Centrally located between Umeda and Dotonbori means around 20 mins from room to either end of Osaka. All in all an excellent stay

Overall this hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable centrally located stay in Osaka. It is a few minutes walk from Yodoyabashi metro station from which fast access around the city on the metro is easy, and Osaka railway station for main train services, and Shin-Osaka station for Shinkansen (bullet train) services are only a few metro stops away. The standard of service in the hotel is high, with friendly, helpful, well trained staff. English language communication was not a problem we experienced. The hotel is brand new, spectacular, and kept spotless. The rooms are beautiful, compact but not cramped spaces - but storage space is limited. The executive lounge could be excellent with better management commitment to its operation, and improvements to the opening hours, food and service provided. It is currently not worth paying to use in our view.

Requested for an iron and the staff said all have been given out. Had to wait 2 days before one became available. Also had our luggage sent from Tokyo airport to hotel. The luggage arrived before our check in but it was disappointing that the hotel didn’t bring the luggage to the room before hand. Inside the room entrance vent on the ceiling, it was covered in dust. Seems like the filter hasn’t been replaced for quite some time.

The hotel is brand new and done to a very high standard. Staff are friendly and efficient. They perform their duties with minimal fuss and maximum effort. We loved the spa facilities and the breakfast buffet. Some reviews said there was a long line for the coffee machine - this wasn’t our experience. Particularly as there were two machines available for guests. The executive lounge was very relaxing and offered excellent value for money. All in all this was a near perfect stay. Kudos!

Loved this hotel! Staff were nice. Room was spacious and clean. Room service provided daily. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Close to a train station. Great views from our room. It can get loud at night with the cars outside, but other than that we had a lovely stay.
