By all means Japan is worth the trip, but while you are here then this hotel is fantastic. Excellent staff and room and service. We had the absolute pleasure of stumbling across some fantastic dining options here and posted a review of a wonderful Japan fusion with sake dinner experience that was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Love this place and would return in a heartbeat

Do something about your showers! Its just a glass shower in the middle if the room if you share your room with family or friends they will see you shower naked!!! So ridiculous. Add blinds or something. Who is the genius to design an open shower for the whole room to see. You can clearly see in the advertising pictures of room…. The showers are completely open to view from anyone in the room.

We stayed here for 1 day only, I really enjoyed it. The staff were kind and gave us good restaurant recommendations when we asked. The facilities were very modern and clean. The room had a big screen TV and the beds were really comfortable. Only downside is that the staff don’t know much English, so if you don’t speak Japanese there’s going to be quite a big language barrier. The spa was also a really different experience, you aren’t allowed to wear any clothes. They have 2 pools indoors, one is super cold and one is super hot. They also have one outside and a sauna.

Room was great with nice amenities. The only issue we had was with other guests not respecting japanese culture / Customs which seems to be an issue with Osaka in general. Hotel had a great spa rooftop. And reasonably close to main TrainStation

They are not well organized yet, and the staff has no idea about luggage transfer. We requested a bed guard rail two weeks before our arrival and received confirmation via email. However, there was no bed guard rail, and my 1-year-old fell from the bed on the last day of our stay. The maid didn't wash the cups in the room, even when we put them all in the sink.

新しくてとてもキレイなホテルです。 ロビーのシャンデリア、最上階のスパ施設、素晴らしいです。スタッフは日本語が苦手な方もいらっしゃいますが非常に丁寧に接客して頂きました。朝食は4400円の割にはビュッフェが狭くて品数も少ないかな？満員電車みたいパンパンでした。コーヒーマシンはエスプレッソマシンが一台しかなくて、15分程並びました。アメリカ人のお客さんなども皆さんブーイングしていました。忙しい朝ならパスします。ただ、レストランのロケーションやビューはステキです。
