The hotel is clean and has two very central stations in walking distance in Osaka. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And it’s really nice that a family mart is in the same building. I would definitely stay here again :)

It was close to the JR Osaka station with many shopping & eating options. More convenient to get the airport limousine bus as it stops opposite the hotel. Shorter commute. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Bed was comfortable & hotel provided all toiletries except hand and body lotion.

The location was very convenient, next to the train station and a mall, the later with lots of shopping and dinning options. The staff were very friendly and helped me with issues such as arranging delivery of my baggage to the hotel in the next stop of my trip. Convenient location. Good subway network. Hotel building has all kind of restaurants. Airport bus terminal is located in the next building. Walkable distance. Good Japanese breakfast in the hotel .

Hotel did not provide necessary bathroom items in the room e.g. cotton set, shower cap. These basic items guests have to come to lobby and hotel will provide upon request. Should improve! And guest cannot request additional pillows😡

Great location! Mall connected to hotel with lots of shopping and eateries! Surrounding malls also and train stations near. My only complaint is the amenities are subpar and the beds are a bit firm for my liking.

Amazing location, super convenient!
Location is great!! It is right by the subway/JR trains and lots of shopping and food options in the area. You would think it would be loud being in such a central hub but it was quiet so great for light sleepers. Found this hotel to be a great central hub for me to travel and see other cities like Kyoto. TIP! If you are travelling from Kansai Osaka Airport, don't take the subway or taxi. There is an airport limo bus (I believe it is called the Osaka Station bus line) where the stop is mere steps from this hotel. It was such a blessing with a big luggage that I didn't have to go far at all or carry it up/down any flights of stairs. Also given the close proximity to the major Osaka transit, taking the bullet train was also really convenient. The room is bigger than most during my trip in Japan. Check in was a bit busy so there was a wait. I'd recommend not checking in right at check in time. The line was quite long. Staff was there to support but all digital check in which is the norm in Japan.
