Walking distance to Osaka station, super convenient to move around. My room was on 35th floor, the top of the building, facing to the river. The view is magnificent! Will choose to stay again!

Location of the hotel is a prime spot right by the main station in Osaka which opens up options to everywhere. One floor down from the main lobby is a dining area right above Yodobashi Camera so if you don't want to go far for food, there is always those options. And there's also a Uniqlo on the ground level of the hotel making a lot of shopping easy to do.

Property was a bit confusing to get to from Osaka station but once you go around a few times you learn all the entrances to get to hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great laundry service as well for great price. Next to shopping mall which made buying souvenirs and new clothing very easy. Will definitely stay again.

This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. The room was small but the location is convenient. However, this time, my passport case was lost in this room. I took out my passport and credit cards from the case and left it on the table as I was in a rush so I didnt lock it in the safe. It was a limited edition Louis Vuitton case. When I came back that night, it was disappeared. I asked the hotel to report this to police and the police came but they said they couldn’t do anything as there was no evidence that the cleaning staff stole it so they couldn’t search her place. I could only submit a claim to the police. I asked the hotel staff if they asked the cleaning people about it. Of course, the answer was she didn’t see it(what answer she could say). The hotel didnt do anything just pushed me to say this case was over , no more further action. Thus, when you stay in this hotel, must be very careful about your belongings. I usually trust Japanese about their honesty but now, things are changing …..Fortunately, no money or credit cards there.

Property is in the heart of Osaka shopping and food district. I recommend you make this stay as the last part of your trip so that you can shop till you drop before going home.

Inflexible Policy Punishes Honest Mistake - Avoid This Hotel! Unreasonable Reservation Policy: My 75-year-old mother booked a room at your hotel 7 months in advance for our recent trip. Unfortunately, due to a simple date confusion (a very common mistake, especially for older folks), she accidentally booked for the day of our flight (which leaves close to midnight), while we were arriving on the day after. We contacted the hotel well in advance (a few hours after booking, 7 months in advance), kindly explaining the situation and requesting to change the reservation for the following night. Disappointingly, despite the abundant availability of rooms at the same rate on the desired date, the hotel refused to budge on the original reservation. This lack of flexibility resulted in us losing our entire pre-paid reservation, which feels like a harsh penalty for a genuine mistake, especially considering the advanced notice and readily available room on the intended date. While I understand reservation policies are important, there needs to be room for reasonable adjustments, especially for honest mistakes. This experience raises a red flag for potential guests. If you value customer service and flexibility, I would strongly advise considering alternate hotels that prioritize understanding over rigid policies. We tried communicating with the hotel later, multiple times, to see if they would hold the reservation past midnight, they never responded. We had to book another.

We chose the right hotel for our stay here in Osaka. The location is great. Osaka station ia right there. Great shopping and restaurants are near. You don’t have to go outside if you don’t want for shopping and eating. Our room was cleaned everyday we asked for it. The coffee provided is great. The staff is great and helpful. I recommend this hotel!!

Conveniently located with lots of shopping/eateries and train stations. Airport bus nearby. Their beverage station at the lobby is a great way to greet exhausted travelers. Wish more hotels would offer that.
