Pro - Great location next to train station. Negative- Close to train station. We were assinged a room on the 3rd floor which was parallel to the train tracks and our room felt the passing trains. We requested another room and at first were told this was the only thing they had. Once an English-speaking staff came forward, she put us on the top floor which made ALL the difference for a quite night's sleep. I must add also, this was the only hotel that I booked through Expedia (6 total) in Japan that charged me an additional tax once I arrived.

The hotel was located right next to a food alley with a lot of dining options in the evening and the hotel had buckwheat soba noodles for breakfast which are gluten free for travelers with allergies.

Very comfortable stay
Very respectful staff and easy personalize check in. Hotel is very clean and secure (need key to activate elevator beyond the lobby). Great wifi. Hotel is located a short walk away from the rail station - but still quiet. Hotel is also surrounded but great selections of eatery. Check out was a breeze.

Second time coming to this hotel when visiting Osaka and I will definitely come here again! Train station is nearby and many food options as well. My tv in my room wasn’t working, I had let them know and right away they moved me to a different room. The front desk was super helpful and so nice. They fixed the problem so fast and the other room was just as amazing. Love the staff here, amazing service. Thank you to the amazing staff who helped us!

Value for money. It is just 3 mins walk from JR station to the hotel. The attached Japanese restaurant is good, you may ask the hotel receptionist to give a discount coupon with $500 yen per person per meal.
