Room is small. But location is fantastic; just next to the train station where we took a train to Takijiri for the start of the Kumano Kudo trail.

Old hotel but Excellent in Service
We booked 1 night stay as to catch our delayed flight due to Typhoon Krosa. First of all I wanna say thank you to the front duty manager for being accommodating and helping us to arrange a taxi to the airport. While we were waiting for our taxi at the lobby in the middle of the night, he switched on the aircon and music for us and not leaving us in the dark. There is a neighbourhood mall, AEON which is about 20mins walk and you can get food and do groceries. The room is not small by a Japanese standard where we can placed 2 huge luggages and 1 mini stroller. The bathroom comes with a bathtub which is quite deep. If you are below 160cm, might have slight problem getting in and out from shower. Other than that, the service of this hotel is awesome!

Imagine a shuttle is leaving for the airport with empty seats, and you've chosen the hotel, in part, because it provides shuttle service. Now imagine you are told you cannot ride that particular shuttle to the airport because it is leaving at an earlier time than the shuttle you thought you'd take. This level of inflexibility and stupidity could not be less accommodating. It makes no sense, and is the poorest customer service out there. Just plain stupid.

Cozy and convenient
It was super easy to find my way from the airport to the station. There we're signs at the station that helped me find to hotel. It was great. The staff was so sweet and kind. They offer a shuttle to the airport which was really convenient. The room was cute with a comfy bed and a small deep bath. There was a buffet on the first floor and a 711 a short walk away from the hotel.

Daughter wanted to join my husband and I; staff member took them up to a room to evaluate and decide on a different room. One was available and explained it was next to the train tracks and verify it was still ok. Both counter staff spoke English well to completely understand. Room was comfortable, but we did not have the buffet. It looked great though.

Hotel isnt bad. Just nothing in the area. And the wifi is terrible. It took me 2 hours to do work on the computer that should have taken 30 minutes. That was probably the biggest disapointment.

It’s worth it...
The room is very small, like most Japanese hotel room. The staff is very good, the room was very clean, and the price was reasonable. Great location next to Hineno JR Train stop.

Handy to train and good airport shuttle
Stayed overnight before flying out of Osaka. The hotel was located only one minute's walk from the train station and had a good airport shuttle service. The room was of a decent size and had a decent bathroom with a soaking tub and great water pressure. The downstairs restaurant provided a very nice evening buffet at a reasonable price (2,500 yen).

The Train Station
多くのグループが下にコーチとギアで到着し、それがこのホテルで非常にストレスだった叫んでいたので、原因ごとに2分の電車の駅へとギアに非常にうるさいですが、午前中に非常にうるさいです Is very noisy because of the train station every 2 minutes is a train and on the morning is very noisy because many groups with buses and on the way to subway and shouting it was very stressful in this hotel

This hotel was fine, there just was not a lot around the hotel to do. You could take a train one or two stops and there was a nice park with a Ferris Wheel and shopping, that was good. It is also fairly close to the airport so that was also good for us.

A convenient hotel with a nice bath.
A comfortable stay at the Kanku Joytel hotel. We especially liked the hot baths and sauna downstairs. The only downside was the size of the room, which was barely enough for our luggage and extra bed. Passing trains could also be heard clearly to the room, but that did not bother us. The beds were quite comfortable too.

Great hotel close on a Import wir hi great spa
It was great, the staff was perfect, airport shuttle was perfect too! The beds are so comfy and have a USB charger which was awesome! The free spa area was really nice!! I love it, would definitely stay again!
