I recently stayed at the Minn Shin Osaka with my family and couldn't be happier with our experience. The highlight of our stay was the family-friendly bunk bed room. The kids loved having their cozy bunk beds, which made bedtime a fun adventure rather than a chore. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax.

Very helpful customer support when I needed help with the washing machine instructions! Clean, well designed rooms and very convenient location to Shin-Osaka station. Only thing to improve would be to have some luggage storage options. Other than that, excellent value!

The rooms are extremely small for 2 people. 2 days is enough but 3 days it feels claustrophobic. 2 people just barely moving around in a very confined space. I would suggest pay a bit more and get a bigger room in an APA hotel.

We travelled around Japan & Osaka was our last destination. We booked Minn Shin after arriving at a previous apartment that we were not satisfied with. Arriving at Minn Shin we soon realized this was our favourite place of them all! It was very clean, modern, the family really enjoyed the high quality projector to watch movies at night. Location was awesome with Shin-Osaka station a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 stars!!

Easy check in process. Property is close to Shin Osaka train station. Generally a nice place to stay. But a few issues in regards to the maintenance of the property. I’ve stay at Minn Shin Osaka previously in 2019 and the property was much newer at the time. This time there are scuff marks in the wall, the shower/laundry room has a strong wet mildew smell, under the bed was a lot of dust balls and dirt, scrape marks on the floorboards throughout the room. I liked the property but just a few small things to share.

This hotel is close to the Shin station and walkable convenience store. The staff were very helpful and treats guests with respect. They make sure that they attend to their guests needs even going extra mile to help on simple stuffs like delivery. Thank you Minn Shin, I will book this hotel in the future.

The room was very clean and the heating was superb! We stayed at a few locations in Japan and it was the only place where I felt perfectly warm, even in the bathroom! Location is great, a short walk from the train station with a Family Mart just around the corner. It was easy to locate and check-in/out was a breeze. We were not able to dry our clothes using the dryer, not sure if it's the washer/dryer function or we weren't using it correctly. It was an easy fix as the clothes dried super fast when we hung them in the bathroom. Only issue is we could not seem to connect our devices to the projector screen to watch Netflix so the kids were a little disappointed. Overall, a wonderful exeperience!

This was such a great location right near the Shin Osaka station. The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people. There is a nice little kitchen with microwave, bowls ,plates, recycle and trash cans, mini washing machine. The tv is a projector which was good enough for us. The price was great. Entry door password worked well with a number lock. Check in and room access is by a video call to a person who is remote. The technology worked well. A friendly cleaning staff gave us an extra towel when we asked. The down side was all the stickers and instructions were in Japanese. We struggled to get the room heater set up. The bathroom water heater/geyser was also confusing. It would help if they had some English printouts. Also warning to people - there is no reception desk with staff at all. There is no staff on premises. So you cannot do early check in or leave bags at the desk if you get there early. Love the place and location. would highly recommend to families.
