I booked this hotel because on the Internet, (1) it looks like it’s close to JR lines ( Osaka Station and Fukushima Station ); (2) they have a queen bed which I found rare when looking at hotels; and (3) they have free breakfast. This delivered on all three plus more. The vicinity is very clean and trendy and the staff are very accommodating. Check in and check out was a breeze and if you ask them how you can get a taxi to a train station, they will call one for you. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

This is a cute funky hotel, you get greeted with a welcome drink. The hotel is within 500m from a train station that on the circle line that takes you to most attractions.

Generally clean. Size of room is very comfortable and if travel guests are from North America, this is a good room size. The best part of the stay is the lack of waiting for the elevator. Spent close to zero minutes waiting for an elevator during my 5 night stay. Not the closest to transit but it's generally convenient enough as a major station (Osaka-Umeda) is within walking distance.

This hotel was a fantastic value, and I'd definitely consider staying here again. It feels new, fresh, modern, upscale yet accessible, and with creative touches to maximize the use of small rooms. Great shower, comfortable bed. Very friendly personal service at the front desk; it was like seeing a friend at the end of every day waiting to welcome us back. Only downside was the location; we often needed one extra transit transfer to get where we were going. Not as convenient as it could be, but after a few days we'd figured out a system. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice hotel, quite close to Osaka station. The lobby is beautiful and the bar is open 24/7. The food is a slightly odd mix of Western and Japanese food, leaning more towards the former. It seems like they are trying a bit too hard to please a Western audience but everyone was friendly, the rooms are nice and clean with a good size bathroom.

Staff was amazing!! We stayed in Japan for two weeks and we were always kindly greeted by the staff every day and they took care of everything we needed. This hotel will definitely be our stay of choice when we go back! Truly enjoyed the place!

Spacious rooms, excellent service, fun vibe.
The hotel staff was fantastic. The rooms are very spacious by Japan standards. The lobby bar has great food, and has a fun and energetic vibe to it. Feels like a hotel for younger couples, in a good way. Directly next to the concert Hall, so ideal location if you're going to see a show. A 15 minute Uber or subway ride to the bustling Dotonbori area.

It was an amazing stay. Walking distance from JR Osaka and it’s so easy to go to USJ only needs 10-minute by train, mostly important is I was able to bring my dog staying with me all the time, he was able to access all the areas of hotel, I’m going to stay again for sure
