I like how everything is close by and they have small packet of face wash and lotion for u to use. However i dont really care for breakfast, didnt have alot of choices for me. I would go back to the same hotel but skip breakfast

This hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and a wide variety of foods. They also had free doughnuts provided at certain hours of the day with coffee. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We were provided clean towels daily, as well as toiletries. The beds were soft, as well as the pillows. Shinsekai has a lot of games, restaurants, the Osaka tower, Tsutenkaku's Fun 'Tower Slide, a Zoo, and the metro was close by. The property was walkable, safe and friendly. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The location was in such an awesome area which was buzzing day and night, but still felt safe. Only a 5-minute walk away from Metro stations making it very convenient to get around. The staff were amazing! We had a canceled flight out of Japan and the lovely lady at reception helped us to contact the Baggage Delivery service we used to ensure everything was sorted for our new flights. We did day trips to Nara & Kyoto from here and it was a very convenient area to base ourselves from. It did take about 45 minutes to get from Shin-Osaka bullet train to here, but was an easy route. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing flash but good enough
If you're okay with a basic hotel then this is a great stay. Nothing special at all here compared to other hotels outside of the donuts in the afternoon evenings. Very simple western breakfast available. Staff are friendly and rooms are decent sized although like most hotels in Japan bathroom is small. I found it a pleasant stay.

The property had one of the larger rooms we stayed at in Japan, very clean and front desk was very helpful when storing our luggage. The area is busy but the specific street on which the hotel is located is fairly quiet.
