Interesting experience
My first experience with capsule hotel. Centralise aircon with a ventilation fan in cabin.. very comfortable stay. Very clean toilet. Provides PJ toothbrush and toothpaste. Supply shaver with shaving cream, after shave and hair tonic etc. Very thoughtful. Open concept bath house and sauna for use. The cabin design helps minimise snoring noise. Overall very positive experience.

The Men's onsen is switched up over the weekends from our usage solely to accomodate the ladies from what wasn't expected while there. So, the Ladies onsen was in use only for Men on Friday afternoon. It probably shifts back to Men Only on Monday presumably. Then the breakfast option (500¥) which includes free beverages, is limited to scrambled eggs, some type of pan-fried deli meat, homemade waffles, toast, pickled vegetables, cold refrigderated soft-boiled eggs and steamed rice, is rather limiting in itself. At the hostel in Kyoto there were free beverages, e.g. coffee, teas, and water. However nothing available as in other capsule places like in Tokyo which offer more variation and variety plus free beverages. Everything else was fantastic.

It's cool! So much convenient. Near the dotonbori street and also near the metro station. Staff were so nice and accomodating. I like everything in this Place and the sauna & onsen were so dope! Recommended!

Location was excellent, right across from Dontonbori but extremely quiet. The woman in our group love the spa but the men were displeased that it never switched during our three days to let us use the larger spas ourself. The one issue most of us had was the pods did not provide sufficient cooking with the blind down and caused many to over heat. However the overall location and amenities were good.

The personnel is very nice and helpful and the hostel is really clean and convenient. Its location is perfect! Moreover there is a suitcase storage available. There is also a common area where we can eat, talk and relax. I really recommend for short stays! PS. There is only a public bath which can be a new and interesting experience for foreigners :)

Great capsule hotel
Fantastic capsule hotel! However before staying there, do some research on capsule hotels in general. They're more like hostels or dormitories than hotels, with very little privacy. Within that category, this capsule hotel is wonderful: clean, great facilities, quiet, and with a fantastic hot bath spa!

Good stay but tainted by theft experience
Overall a good stay What I like : - they provide not only towels, also pijamas, toothbrush and for the ladies they even provide cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, emultion + hairdryer. - daily housekeeping including your cabin room (they even change your towels & pijamas daily) - public bath (Japanese style only avail), soaking your body in hot water after a long day was very good - sauna (take note: Women Fri-Sun, Men Mon-Thu) they don’t provide basic slippers but you can rent, not a biggie What I don’t enjoy: - lockers super small, you can’t even put your travel backpack (only day backpack) - for luggage you have to use limited space/storage rack around lockers which is very uncomfortable to retrieve your belonging esp when you have to ‘fight’ with other 10 people at the same time My Cash Stolen I was careless enough to leave it in my cabin room when i left for breakfast, when I came back my bag was gone - found it in the toilet, thief has taken the cash+IC Card (other girls’ wallet + camera gone too) Staff told me in another incident a police caught this kind of thief before (a traveller from China). Bottom line: you live with strangers, never leave your valuables Unattended even for 1 sec/put inside your locker

No regrets to stay here
After staying a night, u ready hv the thinking of cancel other hotel & stay on to this one. I am really supprise the service & the things they provide. I love every corner of this hotel. Only bad was the breakfast is kind of simple & food is more suitable for Japanes I feel. If they can provide more on western that will be 100% best capsule hotel in Namba 🏆

My Tissot watch, as well as my Swarovski earrings, have been stolen while the staff cleaned my room/cabin, as well as an unwashed underwear, and only some free candies and my used toothbrushed were handed out back to me. The staff has been terrible unuseful.

Great stay!
Great place to stay near Dotonbori without the crowds. Very clean with onsen onsite, which is great after walking all day. Overall great stay for price, highly recommended.

Good location & adequate facilities but quite noisy when other tourists start packing the luggage at isle of sleeping area at night Some tourists are inconsiderate to talk loudly at the sleeping area at night It is better for hotel to advise tourists to pack the luggage at the locker area or outside the room ( at the corridor next to lift) The staff are very helpful & nice

Great stay
It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. I enjoyed my experience in Y's cabin thoroughly. Location is the best, so close to Namba stationa and Dotonbori! It is very clean and staff are very helpful. I also enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner they provided, which made my hair very soft, in case that's important to anyone. I would recommend it.

Location is very good. Lots of food options and convenience stores. All toiletries provided. Breakfast was ok, but on hindsight would have taken the without breakfast option as there was too much food to eat out there and not enough time on the trip!

This is a great little space for staying over night. Very clean and neat. The sleeping space was warmer than i wanted it to be and no adjustment was there. Other than that, very comfortable and worth the money you would spend for.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right near namba station, exit 14/25. Very central to the night market. But the hotel is quiet and comfortable. WARNING - if you are uncomfortable showering/bathing with other people, this hotel is not for you. There is a traditional bath not individual shower stalls.
