Third time I have arrived to find no reservation despite being reminded via e-mail several times in advance, that you were waiting for me. Took a half hour to get a room, while the agent tried to figure out what happened. I had to threaten to leave for another hotel. If this happens again, I’ll go elsewhere

There was a tournament and that made the hotel very busy but all the staff were happy, gracious, and outgoing.
