I arrived very late in the middle of the night and the lady, who was working by herself was nice and helpful. However, when I got into my room, the left half of the curtain was detached from the hooks, which means only half of the curtain was usable and it was unable to cover the whole length of the window . I had to come back downstairs to report this issue. She become a bit annoyed. She kept saying she was on her own and couldn’t leave the reception, so there was nothing she could do. Eventually she had to give me another room with 2 single beds, rather than a double bed. It was really late so I just went to sleep without saying anything else. Breakfast was really good with lots of freshly cooked options.

No real issues and breakfast was very good.
Overnight stay for an early flight the next morning. The breakfast was great, check-in easy and the room was fine, although the shower had half an enclosure and soaked the whole room. Other than that, fine.

Bare bones facility: no coffee in the room, only one towel, no shampoo or conditioner, no shower cap, no telephone in the room, no safe in the room, poor soundproofing, no carpeting on the floor, minimal electrical outlets, which were not well situated in the room. That being said, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very close to airport and the shuttle runs until 1 am in summer months which was very convenient for us as we reached at midnight. The breakfast buffet was one of the best all inclusive buffet I have seen in a while. They had protein/ carbs/ all sorts of beverages with vegetarian and vegan options as well. Will definitely stay again. The night staff who checked us in at 1 am was still smiling and answered all my questions.

Awoken in the middle of the night.
My grandchildren we awoken at 2 a.m. with pounding on their door. They were in fear & there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. We found the next morning that the hotel had double booked their room. They did not sleep after this encounter. There were no glasses or cups in the room either. You could provide paper cups at least.

Comfortable stay
This hotel was a nice place to stay prior to an overseas flight. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. We had a triple room which was quite small and a triple simply meant a cot was added to our room. The bathroom was about the smallest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel. The shower door swings out, just missing the toilet. When you shower the water sprays all over the toilet and toilet paper. Now I understand why they had put the extra roll of toilet paper by the towel rack instead of by the toilet. Adding a rubber extension to the bottom of the shower door, would greatly improve the water going everywhere. Besides the tiny wet bathroom, I think it was a lovely hotel.

Rooms are very small with sparse space for luggage . Ok for overnight stay . Not what I would classify as a BW PLUS. It was very clean and bed was comfortable . Did appreciate the mini breakfast at 4 am

Nice hotel near to the airport with great staff! We arrived very late after a delayed flight but serving us a few drinks before bed was no problem at all - quite unlike a lot of hotels! Rooms nice and food good. No complaints
