Disappointment
We were s family group with three rooms. One room had live cockroaches, another room had a land line with no phone jack to plug into and a rocking toilet that needed to be anchored to the floor. The third room had a condom wrapper behind the nightstand due to negligent cleaning. I have crossed this hotel off my personal list of possible places to stay in this city.

There were bugs on the bathroom floor that were dead & not swept up, the carpet also had several bugs & by morning there were several more crawling on the carpet & bathroom floor

Great customer service not clean rooms
The lady at the front desk was super nice!! The room was old, dirty, there was stains and cat hair in the room. The room itself smelled like animals, even after I was told it was not a pet friendly room (I mentioned we had my daughter’s service dog). Wouldn’t recommend. Seemed like some people were living here?

Room and bathroom were dirty, the bathroomwas just beyondnasty. One bed would go to the floor when you sat on it and had to be fixed. The fire detector was covered in a Walmart bag and unusable.

Great Staff - Need better working conditions:(
The staff were super friendly and apologetic for the issues. 1st room -TV did not work, phone did not work, was very run down. Grounds were overdue in mowing and I do not believe any trash had been picked up in front of entryways in weeks. 2nd room-bug on the first bed we looked at-took it to the front desk. 3rd room was not too bad, but after the first 2 rooms, we were not comfortable. The lobby and breakfast room were very clean. Too bad that the rest of the hotel was not kept to the same standards. Will recommend that people NOT stay here

The room smelled musty. There were stains on the bedskirt, they looked like fecal matter. Stains on the sheets of unknown origin. The bathroom was not clean, the tub was dirty, tile on walls of the shower was coming off. Toilet was also not clean

Just dirty. Dripping tub faucet. A few cockroaches. Broken electrical fixture on ceiling covered with plastic bag? Tub needs replacing. Bed cover and skirt badly stained (sheets appeared to be clean...so someone made an attempt ). We were late and tired, so we just swallowed our disgust, tried to sleep, and left early. Very worn and need of housecleaning and a skilled repairman. The advertised recent remodel was the new looking carpeting. We cross country frequently and use Hotels.com almost exclusively. I don't mind older worn hotels...as long as they're clean. This was unacceptable. I'm surprised to see Hotels.com had this facility on their listings.
