Trullo degli aromi, an old stone house of XIX century, consists of 6 cones and 3 lamia. Carefully restored in 2007. The large walls up to 1.5 mt ensure a natural freshness inside also in the hottest days of the summer. Bordered by a garden of aromatic plants of lavender, russet, thyme and souge. With a romantic small lake-pool built in natural quarz sand. Located in the heart of the Itria Valley, between Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca, 25 km from Alberobello, at the top of a hill and in a very well-ventilated position, it is the ideal for a sweet holiday in all relax, immersed in nature.
The presence of heating permits also to stay during spring and autumn.
In close proximity to the cycle-tourism percussions of the Apulian Aqueduct for fantastic walks and bike tours. 30 minutes from the sea. 1,30h from Matera, european city of culture 2019. Free WiFi.

Puglia exploration
We loved this property in a convenient area to explore the trulli region. The outdoor space was private and comfortable. We did not use the pool because it wasnā€™t warm enough. We did walk on the aqueduct just behind the house. This remodeled trulli had many beautiful and tastefully decorated. The host was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful villa in the heart of Pugliaā€™s Itria Valley
This beautiful trullo is centrally located between Ostuni and Martina Franca and was a well positioned home base for our family to explore Puglia. The trullo is beautifully decorated and so carefully curated with details that delight at every turn. The home was perfectly sized for our family of four and despite not having air conditioning we were never uncomfortable. The plunge pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day visiting the region. This home had everything we could need for our two week stay. Thank you Roberto we loved our time here.

A perfect trulli that has been sympathetically refurbished to provide all the luxuries you would want for a holiday but feeling like you are experiencing a traditional part of Puglia. The host was always responsive to messages which helped us to relax. The location was beautifully remote with no neighbors in sight other than the surrounding olive groves but with a very handy local shop and restaurant providing all the essentials needed. Highly recommended.

Rural Retreat
Beautifully designed for a really comfortable rural retreat. Ideal for a party of 5. The trullo is set in lovely countryside - but not too far from other habitation. The village has a wonderful general store selling a good selection of food and household necessities as well as producing a selection of home made food should you not feel like cooking. Morning croissants are delicious.

Lovely Trulli in a great location
The house was perfect for our stay in Puglia. Very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were lovely. There was just 2 of us so the facilities were good for us. The kitchen is small and there is limited comfy seating so it may not work so well if there was a bigger party. We used the bikes, which were great, to ride on the adjacent track. The house is located between some beautiful towns which are easy to get to. Martina Franca, Ostuni and Cisternino were our favourites. The pool was a bit chilly (but it was October!) but still lovely for a quick dip.. Overall, Iā€™d definitely recommend the house to people looking to take a break in Puglia.

Beautiful trullo in quiet setting
We spent 9 days in Roberto''s wonderful trullo. The trullo is beautifully renovated and finished. We enjoyed the lovely garden and pool. We also took advantage of the walking/biking track along the aqueduct - situated just outside the side gate. The trullo is very centrally situated to visit the many villages of the area - Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, etc. There is a mini market close by that stocks most things that you would need. Roberto was very easy to deal with and very prompt in answering any questions that we had. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Thank you.

Exquisitely Decorated, Perfectly Situated, Wonderfully Equipped
This lovely trullo was our home for week in the area of Puglia in southern Italy. It is a great location from which to do day trips to Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ostuni, Ceglia Messapica, Taranto, and Alberobello. We made several dinners at home and ate them outside on the covered aia. This trullo has been beautifully restored and decorated by the owner with a loving touch and respect for all that the Trulli style represents.

Glorious retreat
We had a wonderful family holiday in Roberto's trullo. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very well maintained, both inside and outside. We stayed during August and the interior stayed comfortably cool, both day and night. The outside seating area was a great place to eat and relax in the evening and the setting was wonderfully peaceful. Communication with Roberto was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trullo.

Amazing accomodation
We had a wonderful stay at the Trulli. It is equipped with everything one could ask for and designed with a lot of attention to detail. The outdoor area is second to none and an absolute gem. we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider comming back.

Sfeervol en comfortabel
Heerlijke week gehad in een mooie trullo, rustig gelegen in een landbouw (olijven)gebied. Wij hadden de pech dat er twee dagen in de omliggende velden werd gemaaid en geploegd. De trullo heeft fijne plekken om te zitten en biedt veel privacy. Inchecken ging nogal chaotisch, een vriendin van de eigenaar ging als een wervelwind met ons door de villa heen en vertrok binnen 5 minuten. We hebben in de week geen enkel contact gehad met de eigenaar, alleen een appje bij uitchecken (leg de sleutel maar onze de BBQ). Enig (app) contact door de week (bijvoorbeeld toen de pomp van het zwembad werd gedemonteerd???? of toen een onverstaanbare buurman de watervoorraad kwam aanvullen) zouden we op prijs hebben gesteld. Verder prima en genoten.

TrĆØs beau trullo trĆØs bien amĆ©nagĆ©, fonctionnel et plein de charme. L'emplacement au calme Ć  15 mn d'Ostuni n'est pas isolĆ© et bien situĆ© pour rayonnĆ© dans la rĆ©gion. Petit commerce et restaurant Ć  5 mn. TrĆØs bon accueil de Roberto qui a trouvĆ© des solutions alors que nous nous sommes perdus en arrivant de nuit. Petite piscine pour se rafraichir mais trĆØs agrĆ©able. Nous avons passĆ©s une excellente semaine avec nos grands enfants.

Das Haus ist ruhig an einem Wanderpfad gelegen. FĆ¼r eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern oder zwei Paaren ist das Trullo perfekt. Die kleine KĆ¼che verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber alle nƶtigen Utensilien sowie genĆ¼gend Besteck und Geschirr. Alle RƤume sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und haben ein angenehmes Raumklima, wenn es drauƟen heiƟ wird. Der Pool ist super erfrischend, wenn auch nicht zum Schwimmen geeignet. Wir haben die schƶne AtmosphƤre mit Terrasse-Pool-Garten sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und schnell. Ein rundum schƶner Aufenthalt.

Wunderschƶnes,charmant und stilvoll eingerichtetes trullo Ferienhaus. Ruhige Lage an einem schƶnen Wander-bzw Radweg.schƶner kleiner Pool und schƶner Garten.die Lage is perfekt da man etwas sb vom Trubel ist aber es nicht all zu weit weg von Strand und den umliegenden StƤdten ist.Ausstattung alles vorhanden und in super QualitƤt(KĆ¼che,Grill,tv etc).und jeden Abend Zwergohreulen Gesang gratis ;) gerne wieder!

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir waren zu viert in Robertos herrlichem Trullo. Das Haus besticht durch seinen hochwertigen, geschmackvollen Stil bis in jede Detail und die gut durchdachte, wunderschƶne Raumaufteilung mit z.T. glƤsernen Raumbegrenzungen (mit VorhƤngen :-)), die dem Trullo sehr schmeicheln und ihm IndividulaitƤt verleihen. Die AuƟenanlage ist ebenso geschmackvoll wie das Innere, Plastik findet man hier erfreulicherweise nirgends. Der Pool ist ungewƶhnlich, sehr schick und schƶn angelegt, eignet sich allerdings eher zum AbkĆ¼hlen als wirklich zum Schwimmen. SchlĆ¼sselĆ¼bergabe reibungslos durch Vito und seine Frau, Roberto als Besitzer reagiert auf jede Anfrage sofort. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und werden sicher bei der nƤchsten Apulienreise wieder hier halt machen.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimana in questo splendido trullo. Tutto come descritto e unā€™ottima assistenza da parte dei proprietari. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma comunque i borghi di Martina Franca, Cisternino ed Ostuni sono facilmente raggiungibili. Consigliate le biciclette. Il trullo si trova vicinissimo alla ciclabile realizzata sul percorso dellā€™acquedotto pugliese.
