Hyatt provides everything you need in a compact clean environment. Includes an impressive full breakfast! Bonus: Close to a grocery/wine store. Only items missing: a shower cap and body moisturizer. I will stay again.

Great hotel
Stayed with the family of 4 with 2 toddlers. The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was nice to swim and get some lengths , but my kids found it cold. Breakfast area is good, the food is ok. But a standard variety of things to eat. Close to the 416 & 417. If your watching the sens Games at CTC, you can take the roads instrad and get there in 15-20 mins which was amazing during game days. The staff were friendly & accommodating, especially with kids. Overall, my family & I had a great experience with this hotel & would recommend it when in the area.

Not very welcoming. Check in staff was not friendly and seemed distant in dealing with us as first time guests. Not even a bottle of water was offered as a courtesy…and I had to charge to the room at over $3.00 CA a bottle! Although we eventually were allowed to change the room to the larger for the same price as advertised, it makes you wonder why we were not given that option instead of us having to force the issue. In order to get a microwave in your room you have to request it…that was a first for us! You either offer the item or you do not! Our worst experience though was the breakfast! Nothing was fresh…not even the fruits! I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Nouvel hôtel bien adapté à toute la famille
Séjour en famille avec chien. Hôtel récent avec plusieurs pensées écologiques. Très propre et confortable sauf les matelas de qualité moindre. Je ne ferais pas dormir un adulte sur le sofa lit. Déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec variété adéquate mais manque de places assises en période de pointe. Bonne localisation près des commodités, épicerie. Restaurant à 2 pas est excellent même en take out. Très belle fin de semaine en famille !
