Top notch hotel, conveniently located, good dining options around, clean rooms and good facilities. The phone in my room didn't workand they could do some touch ups (up arrow elevator 3rd floor). Will definitely be back, my favorite hotel in Ottawa so far.

The Lord Elgin is perfectly situated within walking distance of so many of Ottawa's best restaurants. We loved the location as well as the grandness of the exterior and lobby areas of the property. The bathroom in our room had been nicely updated while remaining true to the classic architectural style of the heritage building.
