We were surprised to find this hotel inside a university campus - it was a hidden gem! The place is safe and very quiet, and although there are no stores save a vending machine, the groceries are not that far. There was a parking fee but it was reasonable. There are two private rooms and a shared bathroom; the kitchenette with table and chairs is a big help. We will definitely come back when we are staying in Ottawa!

There was no water supply in the bathroom for shower, and not even basic necessities like water bottles in the room for four and basic toiletries like toilet papers, it can be considered as a hostel room with no basic facilities.

Good value for money. Clean and safe. But though I knew it would be basic, there should be more communication about what is NOT in the room that you would get at a regular hotel. Importantly, there were sheets on the bed and a light blanket, but needed a comforter or cover. Too basic. No hair dryer. That is standard in hotel rooms or at least available from a front desk but there was none so I had to buy one. Needed more towels too. All else was good!
