The check-in/out was easy and efficient. The location was great. Close to some great restaurants and easily walkable to the market, Rideau Centre, grocery stores, LCBO, etc. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends heading to Ottawa. The price was great!

This was my first time staying at a Sonder property. I really liked it. The beds were disappointing; I had a pull out couch in the living room and it was not comfortable - could feel the metal bar. My daughter and her boyfriend had the king in the bedroom and said it wasn’t the most comfortable. Aside from that, very cute and comfortable apartment-feeling suite! Love that they provide thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and tea, and the teenagers loved the games room! I appreciated that there was parking right in the building, very convenient.

I would advise anyone to say no to sonder. First they make it impossible to check in without giving way too much personal information. Birthdate a photo of your passport or drivers licence and more. Then. Scan of your face All uploaded onto their site. More personal information than when you cross the border and who knows where it goes? Also after all that they want you to add their app to your phone and you need a code to enter the lobby. We arrive at 2:30 after the extensive personal information grab and we’re informed tgat we couldn’t acesss our room til 4no hospitality that checked to see if our room wa available even though we had to leave by four for our event. Very Mickey Mouse. The rooms were strange too. The heater/air conditioner was a foot away from the head of the bed and their solution to the roar of the machine right by your head while sleeping g was to supply ear plugs. Definitely a never go again situation. And at every turn they were asking me to load up their app on my phone to let them know when we would Check out or how to work the television. The parking was limited and we arrived at 10 That evening and had to pay 20 Dollars for the two hour left of that day and 20 fir the next day. But the most egregious was the data mining and this with a prepaid Expedia booking. Reconsider booking with Sonder and Expedia should inform any person foolish Enough to book wit them, the imposition that booking entails. Had I known i would have chosen something much better

It was a very nice place. Lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Communication about how to park and enter the building was very clear. I wish there were more lights in the bedroom but otherwise no complaints. I'd recommend the property for sure.

The stay was overall good, though I chose to stay here because of the kitchenette it had. Some issues with it that were frustrating…The oven sheet does not fit in the oven, the kettle leaks when you use it, food was left in the fridge from previous visitor, knives were quite dull.

The access to the property was overly comolicated. The location was very central with lots of activities. The parking included in and out access with no extra charge. Ottowa is a fascinating city.
