This location is very walkable to many museums, parliament buildings, shopping. Breakfast has many choices - items such as sausages, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, egg bites, hash browns, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, drinks, etc. Offered a $10 discount for a day if we didn't need our room cleaned. We didn't' have cleaning for two days and saved ourselves $20. Friendly and helpful staff. Got upgraded to a spacious suite. Very happy with our stay. Highly recommend.

Very central location. The offerings for breakfast was very impressive. There is free juice and bottled water available. You have the option to decline housekeeping on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and save $10 on each of those days. The staff is attentive and friendly. My studio had a computer and printer and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely return.

I hadn't stayed at the Business Inn in awhile, and there were numerous improvements. My suite had quiet updated air conditioning/ heating units, and there was an air purifier as well. There were snack and drinks vending machines in the lobby, and the complimentary breakfast was truly spectacular in terms of the wide variety of breakfast options and beverages on offer. All in all, a terrific stay!

Really enjoyed my experience at the Business Inn. The outside of the building looks a little run down, but don't let that deter you. Rooms were large and clean and they offer just about every amenity you could ask for including free laundry/detergent and a 24hr gym. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when I rerturn to Ottawa.

Great hotel great value! Breakfast was so good! Room carpet is kinda dirty and 2nd floor facing the pubs is very noisy at night. But nothing beats the price and the location. Recommend for family with children.
