Wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly at the front. The room was fantastic with the best pull out couch I have ever seen in a hotel. An easy walk to all the Ottawa sites. Breakfast was great with lots of seating available. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, I really liked the room layout. I was disappointed that parking was a daily fee and not a flare rate, and not included in the price. Next stay I will park at city hall. Otherwise it was great.

My only comment has to do with the bed… I am sensitive to beds with poor support, and the king sized bed in my room is aging. I did not sleep well until I moved to the centre of the bed, which has obviously not been slept on as much.

Comfortable and clean suite. We stayed 8 days in the hotel. Breakfast is very good with a variety of bread, muffins, fruit, oat meal, milk, juice, ham, eggs, you name it... it was great. I think this hotel exceeded our expectations offering more at a reasonable price... If you don't have the time for having breakfast, you can take one breakfast bag ready to pick up. Hotel also has laundry room and provide detergent at not extra cost. Staff friendly and ready to help at any time. Room cleaning is included in your stay, but if you don't need cleaning they will refund you $10 per day. We didn't take our car with us, so we didn't need the parking lot. We highly recommend this nice hotel.
