Indulge in a restful night's sleep in one of our three comfortable bedrooms. The primary ensuite bedroom features a King bed in private, rustic elegance. Lay in bed and wake up to views of the Gold Mountain cliffs. The main floor bedroom features a King bed with a shared bathroom across the hall. Around the corner the third bedroom features a Twin bed with a Twin Trundle and a window to the private outdoor terrace. Relaxation awaits after a day of exploration in the large main floor clawfoot bathtub.

Important parking information: The driveway is steep and can accommodate two smaller vehicles or one larger truck in front of the garage.

Nestled at the San Juan Gateway, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. Dip in the famous Ouray Hot Springs, and keep your eyes out for ermine, bald eagles, mule deer, chipmunks, and so many other animals.
In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy 4x-wheeling, the thrill and colors of the Million Dollar Highway, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, yoga, shopping, three Via Ferratas, and fishing. During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis, and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Ice climb at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park or take a scenic 60-minute drive to Telluride Ski Resort.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. The $300 deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is completed. Arrival dates within 30 days of booking require payment in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
