Lavish Ouray Downtown Getaway

Entire home, conveniently located 10 minute walk from world famous hot springs and 5 minute walk to restaurants and breweries. Breathtaking views of Mount Hayden, Box Canyon, and Yankee Boy basin can be seen from the elevated outdoor back deck and living room. Sounds of the river are just a stone throw away, providing a soothing backdrop for evening dinners, and morning coffee. The young-at-heart will enjoy the loft area, equipped with a tournament grade foosball table and bean bags. Views of the waterfall and amphitheater can be enjoyed from the front porch Adirondack chairs and chair-lift porch swing. Property includes an enclosed one-car garage with a height of 85 inches. Also, there’s room to park an RV in the driveway or a truck and trailer perpendicular to the garage door. Additional parking for long large vehicles with trailers can be utilized in front of the home on 2nd Street. This home is centrally located in the town of Ouray and hiking trailheads are only 5 to 15 minutes away depending on which adventure you choose. The Box Canyon, via Ferrata, and Ice Park trailheads are all 20 minutes walking distance from the home. Lightning fast fiber Internet along with Hulu+ Disney+ and ESPN+ are also standard entertainment inclusions. Large-screen TVs are located in the main living area and main bedroom. The main bedroom is on the main floor with an additional three bedrooms on the downstairs garage level. Gear storage lockers provided at lower garage side door entrance. Motorcycle Trip
The house was a nice oasis to come back to after long days on the motorcycle. The house is really nice and new and one of the most important things for me was that it has air conditioning. The beds are comfortable and the location is walking distance to everything in town. I’ll be staying here again in the future.

Magnificent Vacation!
I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s spacious, impeccably designed and decorated, incredibly stocked with absolutely everything you might need. The kitchen is stocked with beautiful dishes, all the cookware items you need, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, etc. The large organized pantry is stocked with seasonings, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, etc. The location is literally one block away from downtown with walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The view from the back balcony AND the front porch is breathtaking. My family and I had the best vacation ever. We brought our girls to Ouray years ago when they were young. We fell in love with the town and vowed to return one day. This was the year! Our girls are both married now, so we were able to share this piece of heaven with our sons now too. We can’t wait to return and we hope to stay here again.

The house is beautifully appointed, inside and outside. Spotlessly CLEAN. We were surprised at the pantry amenities! We enjoyed and appreciated that extra touch. The windows throughout offered spectacular views. Very close to town and short drives to other attractions and activities. The house accommodated our needs which included a disability scooter and walkers. We had help with family members to navigate the stairs. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay.

This spot is a gem. Gorgeous views all around, with mountains out of nearly every window. Clean and comfortable, pristine even. Incredibly well outfitted, most needs are taken care of. Easy walk to restaurants, a nice small grocery, and local trails. The river is a stones throw away. The home is so perfect that folks routinely drive by and take pictures! Hosts were great to work with and made everything super easy. Hope to go back again!

This property was amazingly clean and well stocked! Also a geat location to restautants and shopping. Would use again! The only thing that might be an issue; but wasn't for us; was there are no window coverings on the lookout side of the living room so at night not real private and if the sun was shining it got a bit warm during the day. This was not an issue for us so I didn't even hesitate to give a 5 star review!!!

Great Spot in Ouray
Really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, and having holiday decorations during the week of Christmas certainly added to the experience. It was the perfect place to stay and everything about our stay was first-class. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning down the road.
