+ Bem localizado; Casa bem ampla e espaçosa com 3 quartos, cozinha e sala; Fácil comunicação com a recepção. - A limpeza realmente deixa muito a desejar; Toalhas e cobertas pretas, assim não é possível saber se estão limpas; Garagem paga e muito apertada Apesar desses pontos negativos, o valor da diária e o tamanho da acomodação fazem com que a hospedagem compense e tenha um bom custo benefício.
