A localização dessa pousada pelo Google não está errada! O Google me enviou pra uma área da cidade totalmente distante da pousada. Isso aconteceu com outro cliente no mesmo dia. Pelo visto os funcionários da pousada até hoje não contactaram o Google map pra corrigir esse problema. O banheiro do meu quarto estava com algum tipo de vazamento vindo da pia e o chão do banheiro ficou molhado durante toda minha estadia. A pousada eh um apêndice da pousada maior que fica do lado ao atravessar uma ruela. o café da manhã eh servido na outra pousada. Resumo, achei o custo benefício baixo.

Very helpful, prepared and kind staff going beyond their duties if necessary. Very beautiful position in town with amazing views. Excellent home made breakfast included. Rooms a bit small and simple. Overall we’d warmly recommend this hotel to friends.

O quarto tem um rebaixamento extremamente perigoso, a cama é menor que cama de casal, minuscula. O Café da manhã que é servido no hotel ao lado, é fraco. Poucas opções a qualidade é muito ruim de tudo. Bolo do dia anterior, frios de baixa qualidade, frutas velhas. Não recomendo. Não voltaria. Não vale o preço

De uma forma geral , a estadia foi agradável ! O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito boa. O que tenho a reclamar é apenas o barulho ! Em alguns momentos os sons são percebidos de vários lados , desde a república do lado , quanto dos quartos e hóspedes vizinhos. O café da manhã é servido na pousada do lado , pousada Mondego, aliás o café é excelente. Parecem ser as duas pousadas dos mesmos donos.

Totalmente decepcionante! Atendimento deixa muito a desejar! Apesar de bonita a pousada não tem nada de confortável! Passamos vários dias sem dormir direito, pois o isolamento acústico é zero. Atendentes pouco profissionais. Café da manhã, apesar de bom, é servido na pousada ao lado (Mondego) e com apenas uma pessoa para atender todos os hóspedes das duas pousadas. Não recomendo.
