This charming 6-person holiday home La Poirotine is located in the Morvan nature park. It is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.

The property is located in the heart of Burgundy, between Lac des Settons and Lac de Pannecière. It is surrounded by vast forests and fields, springs of water, streams and lakes. This beautiful region is therefore particularly suitable for cycling and walking enthusiasts. You can fish or kayak on the nearby lakes, visit quaint towns such as Autun, with Roman remains, or explore the local vineyards and taste typical Burgundy wines.

You enter the holiday home through a spacious entrance that leads to the living room with digital TV and an attractive insert fireplace. The large, modern kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, and you can independently prepare the most delicious dishes. The high ceiling with mezzanine gives the whole a very spacious, light appearance. The bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Beautiful area - house in decay
Morvan is beautiful and I highly recommend the area. I do not recommend this house however. On the plus side, the garden is beautiful and the upstairs bedrooms are nice. However, there are many issues with the house : the pool is not usable, the bridge is unsafe, the downstairs bedroom has a weird smell and noise coming from the electrical panel, one of the windows is obstructed by an old blanket, the set of keys worked randomly and we got stuck outside once. The house was probably very nice 5 years ago and seemed to have been put together with care, but is now not maintained at all. Also, considering this, not cheap at all.
