Nice Cabin
We rent from VRBO several times a year. I had never rented a place that had no reviews, but I figured this was a new listing. The only review that was written before our trip concerned me. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We did not experience any of the previous renter's issues. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The cabin is in a nice neighborhood. It is clean and well-furnished and stocked. My concern is with the listing information. There is no hot tub, just a bathtub with jets, which we didn't try. It was 90 degrees when we were there. The only air conditioning is a window unit in the loft. The wall thermometer showed that it was 82 in the house during the day. The listing says "Perfect In All Seasons". I'm sure that it is lovely, except in the summer. I wanted to give this property a rating of a 9, but I think my only choices were 8 or 10. We would have enjoyed it more had it been cooler.

Has good potential
I’d like to give this place a higher rating, however, place needs cleaning. Bed sheets are paper thin and the mattress cover was very stained. Pillows are old. Overall bedding needs to be new! Freezer is also dirty. Toilets are very small which made it difficult to get up. These small improvements would help this rental in the future.
