Beautiful property, inside and out. Felt like ‘home away from home’ right away. Loved the porches. Well-stocked with essentials. Very neat, clean and uncluttered. Located fairly close to anything you’d be interested in exploring. Definitely well worth the visit.

This is a quiet and nicely appointed cottage that served our needs well given its location. Bob is a terrific host. The air conditioner units in the two bedrooms (only) were appreciated, given how hot it was during our stay.

Great Stay
Cute cottage with everything we needed. Great quiet location with beautiful farm view off the back porch. Host was very communicative and responsive. Nice to have each bedroom/bathroom on opposite sides for privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Pennsylvania wine lovers
The property was awesome for our two couple group. We love the fingerlakes and spend a lot of time here. So much nicer( and cheaper) than staying at a hotel. The house was cute and cozy. Nice porches for hanging out. We were tasting Saturday and Sunday, it’s a perfect location. We will be back. The home owner was very easy and available to communicate with.

Fingerlakes Getaway
This property was great. It was very well stocked with everything we could need, including a Keurig, K-cups and creamers. Appreciated an ample supply of paper products, so no need to go buy more. Loved all the nice touches- cute signs and pictures and really comfy furniture. The property was nice and very quiet for sleeping. If we go back up to the area and would recommend it to friends. Thanks!

Great little cottage near the finger lakes
I booked this place in January for our daughter’s graduation from Cornell in Ithaca about 45 minutes away because there were no hotels available, it turned out perfect, the place was super! Clean, well appointed and very peaceful. I would recommend over a cramped hotel room. Thanks

Peaceful and comfortable!
We loved the peace and quiet of this location. The split floor plan was great for us two couples traveling together. We appreciate you having a washer and dryer for us to use one night. One suggestion is that you add shelving units above the toilets for towels and luggage racks in each bedroom as there was no place to open our suitcase except on the floor. You could move the standing mirror into a corner in the dining room. The above items can be purchased from Amazon. Thank you,

Great place.
Great place! Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved the large washer and dryer. Coffee in the morning. Having two full bathrooms was super nice. The host, Bob, was super responsive and gave us recommendations to wineries and food.

Perfect location!
We had a lovely time, the place was perfect size for us, very quiet and private. Location was close to all the wineries and we cooked a lovely dinner on the second night of our stay! Love the personal touch in the bathrooms with soaps and lotions and everything was stocked for our needs. Kitchen was lovely and rustic, but could use a few more pots/pans and some more kitchen utensils. Overall we had a great stay! Thank you so much.

A must stay!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and super clean. The owner thought of all the details from the decor to the extras. The property was beautiful and quiet. It was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to the wine trail on Seneca Lake. The owners were helpful in naming some restaurants and wineries as well. Would love to go back again.

Perfectly located property in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country. The property comfortably accomodated four adults, was very clean and was exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying near Seneca Lake or Cayuge Lake.

Escape from PA
We wanted to have a relaxing fun weekend to enjoy Wineries, a hike to see the Falls and we even did a few laps on the Racetrack! A hugh benefit was renting this adorable, rustic retreat. The location was perfect and we found a quaint diner for morning breakfast 😋. Definitely will rent again!! Thanks Bob for this great place to rent.

The location was exactly what we needed. This home was located 5 miles from Sampson State Park, where our other friends were camping. Within a short distance to many wineries and breweries. The house was clean, and the owner responded promptly to any questions i had. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect getaway
This has been our go-to at the fingerlakes the last couple of years, and this time certainly did not disappoint! Bob makes it super easy to make an excuse to come here, which is exactly what we did. Dropped our only child off at college an hour and a half away, so we made the trip to Ovid instead of going home. So peaceful and serene - just what we needed. All our favs are on the east side - Muranda cheese, Lamoreaux winery - super simple to get there! And the house is spotless, comfy, and welcoming. Of course we will be back!!

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful location. The cottage had all of the comforts of home, very clean, and convenient travel to activities offered around Seneca Lake.
