Terrible experience
I am writing to bring to your attention several issues we encountered during our recent stay. 1. Upon arrival, we discovered that we had not received the code to access the unit. This forced us to book a hotel for the first night, which was an inconvenience and an added, unexpected expense. 2. The coffee maker was non-functional. 3. The house had a strong odor of humidity throughout. 4. The carpet was visibly dirty with several stains. 5. The bathroom curtain had mold, and the tub was not properly cleaned. 6. The washer and dryer were not available for use; we found towels and sheets left unwashed in the washing machine, which had an unpleasant odor. 7. One of the beds squeaked excessively, disrupting sleep. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Cute small space
Stay was convenient. We did have problems communicating with the renter in the beginning. We had the code for main door but not the door entrance. It took me like 34 minutes to be able to get ahold of them. King size bed is memory foam. I did not like it but that’s my preference. Overall a good experience

Sketchy area
We did not stay at location. The discrimination of the location was “house” not duplex. We did not realize it had several units within the home until we arrived. When we entered the “house” my husband was met by a barking pit bull and another guy. It was a very unsettling feeling so we left. The area is next to a warehouse or factory, not that there is anything wrong with that, but the area was very run down and sketchy. I initially booked a day earlier too, because it was available, and owner reached out to tell me it was a mistake and that day it was booked. I still have not received a refund for the day that was unavailable. Not many choices in the area, so just know what you’re getting into.
