Cute condo close to everything!
We had a lovely stay in Oxford at the Joshua Tree condo. The property mgmt company was very prompt answering our questions regarding the entry key pads as well as parking questions. Just a word of advice, you can’t park inside the garage. There is only parking for 1 vehicle directly behind the unit in front of the garage door. The entry codes do not work for the garage, just the front door and unit door. Parking instructions were a bit confusing. Additional vehicles have to use the parking areas next door or across the street. The area is very safe in my opinion, so we were not concerned about parking the additional car further away. The cost was very reasonable.
The VRBO unit listing is pretty accurate. The unit is decorated nicely. It does appear from the photos that you have a two level unit but there is a separate unit upstairs. The Joshua Tree is a ground level unit. The tenant upstairs is pretty quiet, thank goodness. There is a good bit of road noise in the front bedroom but we still slept well and things settle down quite early during the week. The deck off the dining area and king bedroom was nice to sit with coffee and relax.
The beds were comfy and the unit was clean. The AC worked REALLY well. If you have someone who tends to get cold easily, bring an extra blanket.
This unit is very close to the square and to the university. Overall we would stay again!
