Serenity is a brand-new luxury townhouse available for rent. Serenity has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12. On the first floor of the townhouse, you will find the first bedroom with its own private bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and shares a half bath. The second floor has a 2nd bedroom with two full-size beds that include pull-out day beds. This bedroom also has a private bath with a tub, perfect for children, and a walk-in closet. The master suite has its own en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Also located on the second floor is a washer and dryer for easy laundry use. Each bedroom has a smart TV, as well as a smart TV in the living room for movie nights. The property is equipped with an alarm system for your safety. The townhouse can accommodate out-of-town family and friends for nearby graduations, holidays, and other special events. We offer rental discounts for long-term stays of more than one week. NO PETS ALLOWED.

This was the nicest rental I have ever stayed in. From 1st entrance we knew this was going to be a great place. Pristine clean, exceptionally comfy beds, super nice thick towels - everything was top notch for the visitor. The location was perfect too - the weekend was constant little trips for wedding activity and convenience was key - and this hit the mark. Loved our first stay in Oxford.

The perfect condo all around- GREAT location
If you are looking for a nice spacious place to spend your stay while in Oxford, MS, then look no further!! This is it!!! Yes, it is listed as a 3bedroom 4 bath condo but it is alot bigger than just that. Each room has its own spacious bathroom with tub/showers 1/2 vanity sinks and a big walk in closet. The rooms offer a veriety of sleeping arrangements from a king size, queen size, and 2 full size beds with PLENTY of space for walking room, luggage, to hangout, etc. The beds and pillows will make your sleep even better!! There is also a seperate spacious wash/dryer room on the second floor for those staying for longer periods. Full kitchen with big island and bar stools with a open concept living area. Access to smart tv's in all rooms. This condo is complete with a balcony off the back of the living room with a patio set up and front sidewalk parallel parking 3 feet from the front door. Will definitely be my family and friends first choice when we stay in Oxford!!

The BEST!
This property is brand new and absolutely perfect. We stayed for Graduation weekend with grandparents and siblings. Plenty of room for everyone! Location is awesome and close to everything. Beds were so comfty and Ari had everything you can ever imagine. The property was spotless...so clean and welcoming. We could have not asked for anything better. We will for sure be staying here again! Highly recommend!

This home was beautiful! Very cozy and inviting. We had a little hiccup when we arrived, but Ari was the perfect host and got it all handled. The beds are very comfortable and towels very soft. I can’t wait to stay there in the future
