Clean but very small room
I recently stayed at a hotel that left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, the room itself was extremely small—I could barely squeeze around the bed to move. The bathroom was the tiniest I've ever seen in a hotel, making it feel quite cramped.

Not worth it
This is a budget hotel barely above hostel quality and conditions. The rooms are minuscule and there is no closet, nowhere to put your suitcase except on the bed, and only two hooks on which to hang anything. The room and property in general seemed to be a new build so looked nice on the surface, but the room was not clean (hair on the bed and stains on the linens, dirt on the floor) and the hallways were totally filthy the entire time. I appreciate their eco friendly approach, but that means that you need to go down to the desk for any service at all, including to borrow a hair dryer. No phone in the room and some of the outlets did not work. It is cheap compared to others in Oxford but if you want to feel relaxed and clean, pay more and go somewhere else.

A great room for the price with good check in. A but disappointing that there are no toilets to use for guests in the reception area. I’d checked out but when I collected my bags a little later I was told that there was no bathroom I could use but could use the one down the road at a cafe. Not good enough really.
