Staff was very helpful, going out of their way to provide information we had requested. The hotel and our room we’re very clean with maid service every day. Breakfast selections were limited, but hot and plentiful. The hotel is very conveniently located to Walmart and fast food, restaurants, and only a short to the downtown with traditional restaurants.

Absolutely terrible check in process. I clearly have a reservation that states 1 of 3 rooms all on the same day. I have the confirmation. I have everything needed. The hotel shows the same info but the site and hotel didn’t coordinate to reserve 3 rooms. There was only 1. They were able to get me a 2nd for the same price but had to give me a larger loft room for our 3rd and I had to pay extra. Horrible horrible customer experience.

The breakfast staff and the front desk staff were wonderful! However, the cleaning staff starts cleaning too early and doesn't go back and check rooms that have not been done, even when we asked them to...twice!

I loved the layout of the room we got. Plenty of space which was lovely for my family of 5. The best part of this stay was that we got clean towels every day, having a jetted tub was lovely, and we had access to the pool. Overall we weren’t impressed. The elevator was out of order 4 of the 5 days we stayed at this hotel. We are fine using stairs but I wasn’t happy when the staff told me that my 10 year old trying to carry his luggage down the stairs (because the elevator was out of order) was being too loud and needed to be quieter. The breakfast was …. Icky. Options were limited and there were flies everywhere. I opened the lid for a crockpot and there were flies all up in those biscuits. There was no drinking water available at breakfast. I asked the staff and she pointed me to a drinking fountain by the elevator. Also, we went through maybe 8 keys at the hotel. We had issues opening the door a majority of the time and when we brought it to the front desk they kept telling us it was our fault because we must have put the keys by a magnet. But after the first 4 keys we were very careful to make sure that wasn’t the case. Last complaint from my two teens “terrible coffee.”
