I really wanted to like this place and was super excited however upon arrival there were several things such as NO water pressure and NO hot water. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking water from god knows where, to the point that in the morning the bath mat was drench. We had 24 hr of flight so I spoke up the next morning and was told we could upgrade to the pent house for a “discount” and what that meant was I continued to have NO hot water, NO pressure and at time standing there coved in shampoo and soap waiting for water to came back. A broke handle on the bum gun in our room. The shower was dirty from where someone played tic tact toe and was never cleaned. Dirty dishes I the dish washer that were NOT ours. WiFi did not work most of the time. Communication was hard however we complained 2-3 times about water and having 3 kids with no hot water was not fun. The issue was FINALLY fixed the day before we left and when I spoke with the lady at the desk about some sort of extra discount for troubles and lack of cleanliness, she just flat out side no. So I paid even more for an up grade and cold shower and little to no water. Dirty living space overall. Staff is kind but that only goes so far as they don’t completely understand you half the time. Got charge several times at the dining area, wrong price and I was super disappointed how the ocean was low tide everyday so really you can’t even swim in the ocean and even if you try to, the amount of trash/glass is crazy.
