They should put the towels for pool area where they’d be visible from entrance, both for employees and guests to see if it’s empty as even know if they offer them.

Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! We had two rooms across from each other and they were equally dirty and the sheets had not been changed. The rooms were in serious need of a vacuum and a mop. Our socks were full of dark black hair and dirt. The dust and hair were visible on both the carpet and the tile, as were the candy wrappers and other trash. I complained and had to ask for clean sheets and pillowcases so I could change the bedding because they smelled, had apparent stains and hairs. So gross. I also had to ask for a fresh shower curtain because you couldn’t be in the bathroom without gagging from the mildew smell. On top of that, there was a horrendous sewer-like smell in the end of the hall where we were located that seeped into our rooms. We didnt smell it anywhere else, but had to sleep with our windows open because we were so nauseated. If there had been any other hotel that had availability, we would have left. The night manager seemed extremely unbothered by our complaint and he himself was unkept and had an extremely dirty shirt on. The property itself has a lot of deferred maintenance. I will be asking for a refund.

Bathroom fan extremely loud. Heating unit extremely loud. Pool area was not warm and pool water was too cold to swim in. Hot tub is small and several of the jets are not working.

Quality Inn is very basic, somewhat dated, a little run down. But the bed was comfortable and I got good nights rest during my stay. It was dark, quiet, and they had an extra blanket when I needed it.

Never again!
I have a small dog and was put in a room in the basement that was dingy, smelly and a bed that was horrible, dipped so bad in the middle. I left the room and told the recetionist that that was not an adequate room and explained why. She sted that that is where people with pets are designated and that i would not be given another room. I told her that just because i have a pet does not mean that i deserve an inadequate room. She said that i would not be given another room. Would not give me a refund. I left the hotel immediately and lost over $200.00 dollars. I will never book a room at a quality inn again. Shabby room and extremely poor customer service. I admit i was angre and threw my room key behind the desk. Not happy.

When we checked into our room and turned on the heater, it smelled like a body was decomposing on a heating element. Then the fire alarm started...the rooms are aged, the carpets throughout the hotel are ratty, fraying, and so dirty I didn’t want to take my socks off. It just needs a new facelift. The bottom floor rooms feel like you are in a dirty, musty basement. The only thing nice about the hotel is the location.

The location was excellent, and it worked well for our stay. Rooms were well appointed with microwave, minifridge and coffeemaker. Great breakfast. There was so much noise the first night, however, hardly slept at all. Second night was fine and slept well.

When I checked in the hotel charged me for three nights instead of two nights on my debit card making me not have enough money to enjoy my vacation. They told me it was their policy and refused to return the extra night still waiting for resolution. Won’t stay at another choice hotel again.

This is very poorly maintained property. The hall rugs were very dirty and in poor condition. Our room rug had not been vacuumed. We paid $250 a night for this poorly maintained hotel…never again.

The hotel room was not very clean . On the first Night the sheets appeared to be used. They don’t clean the room unless you ask them too. The staff however were accommodating and the breakfast every morning was pretty decent . The location is convenient
