Every staff member we encountered were absolutely amazing, friendly, accommodating, and right there when you needed them. Room could use extra attention to cleaning, example: a lot of dirt and hand/fingerprints on patio door, dirty micro, a lot of missed dusty areas.

O.k. stay
Our stay was o.k. but i thought the photos were misleading. I requested a room on the top floor but was given one on the bottom floor and had the person above tromping around and moving things. The park area was nice but a homeless camp was nearby.

The pet area was the best! Enjoyed sitting above river, nicely landscaped & maintained with benches & tables. Pool was gorgeous & sparkling clean. Only drawback was a homeless encampment by river on other side of fence.

We enjoyed the stay with a wonderful surprise view of the river and beautiful bridge.We are from the south and were a bit surprised by no air conditioning only a fan, and it didn’t work. Overnight was a bit warm and we open sliding screen door.

We have stayed here many times, but this time we were booked in a room that seemed to have been a repurposed laundry room (or something) because there was a dryer vent in the bathroom. Lovely grounds on the river, and really nice people working here, but fix room 214.

We stayed 2 nights & requested room service, which I saw was duly noted....but didn't happen. Parking can be a challange due to lot configuration. Staff was friendly, room was clean & comfortable. Motel was dated, but serviceable. Our stay was OK, not super but OK.
