3 Master Suites, Great Views and Minutes to Lake Powell

This two level townhome is clean, light and spacious. 3 en-suites, Upper level houses the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom with it's own patio for outdoor sitting.
Convenient gate in the back of the unit for ease of unloading groceries, luggage, etc. to the upper level through the kitchen.
On the lower level are 2 bedrooms and the large laundry room with dedicated sink. One of the downstairs bedrooms has it a microwave, refrigerator, a small dining table for 2 and it's own patio with seating for 2.
This dark sky community is perfect for star gazers and the daytime views can't be beat. Gas station with large convenience store is walking distance from the townhouse.
8 miles to Page, 15 miles to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend Overlook. Wahweap Marina is just minutes away. A 2 hour drive will get you to several National Parks like Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon and Monument Valley.

Base camp with a view
Page, AZ has a handful of National Parks within a driving distance. It was a perfect place to stop over while on a road trip. The townhome is meticulously maintained. 3 master bedrooms is a plus. There is a sofa in the living room. RO water filter helps avoiding buying bottled water. Parking in the garage helps protect the car from the sun and an occasional sand storm, which we had one day. Internet connection is solid. View of the canyon is a big bonus.

The house was amazing! Our kids loved having their own room and bathroom! The host stocked the house with everything you would need! View was amazing and neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. Communication with owner was great and very responsive. Bidet in master bath was the icing on top!

Two couples staying three nights. Plenty of room in a well appointed condo. Great views from deck. Excellent location to do activities around Page, AZ and into Utah. But please note, a full flight of stairs to get to the main living area.

Great in Greenehaven
Greenehaven is about 9 miles north of Page and the Dam—- which is great! Dark skies reveal 1000s of stars you don’t see in most of US. Far enough away from bright lights of Page . Lots of easy access to hiking and GCRA. You The owners must be tall. We are not. Could not reach the shower head in MBR. That’s alright, there are 2 other bathrooms with tub/showers. The kitchen is superbly well-equipped and stocked. The owners use it as well. We appreciate this after having stayed in many stripped and soul-less rentals. Good quality rental. Deedee (mgr) and owners very nice!

Pros: Our stay was very nice. The view from the balcony was incredible! Very spacious, clean, modern and quiet. Nice to have some basic supplies in the kitchen (oil vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.) Deedee was very responsive and accommodating. Mattress of downstairs bedroom, near front door, was fantastic! I think it's a memory foam mattress. Would definitely recommend staying in this Pueblo style apartment. Cons: Mattress of upstairs master bedroom not very comfortable. Towels were a bit rough. Softer ones would be nice. Only thing missing in kitchen was a steamer to steam vegetables. Might be a good idea to put a grab bar outside the downstairs shower/tub, possibly the upstairs bathroom as well, to hold onto, for seniors. Front door is a bit hard to open at times. Sound of TV not good. Seems like it reverberates against the tile wall. Would be good to have instructions on how to operate the TV in the binder.

Exceeded Expectations
Best. Rental. Experience. I have been renting vacation houses from VRBO for over 20 years. This house is currently at the top of my "MUST stay again list" The house is VERY large, with lots of space. We had 4 adults and 2 teens/pre teen. The house had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunrises and the stars at night. The beds were VERY comfortable and the fact that EACH room had its own bathroom was very convenient. a LARGE jet tub was also a hit! The kitchen was well equipped with any thing you might need- pots/pans/dishes/spices and even a supply of ziplocks! I have been to so many rentals in my life that didnt even have salt & pepper- this was WELL above and beyond. The bathrooms were well stocked and even had additional shampoos/ soaps incase you were in need- again I have been to rentals that had 1 roll of TP and the rest was up to you. We did a grocery pick up order from the Page AZ Walmart (less than 15 min away) which was VERY convenient . From The House in Page we traveled to- The North and South rims of the Grand Canyon, Antelope canyon (do NOT miss...but book well in advance) and Horseshoe Bend . We also enjoyed the Red Heritage Native American Dinner Show. I HIGHLY recommend this house, we will be back!

Perfect Lake Powell getaway
Perfect location for our lake weekend. The home is clean and comfortable and is equipped with anything and everything we would need. We loved our afternoons on the patio enjoying the views of the lake. Would stay again.

Villa was beautiful. Awesome view of Lake Powell and mountains. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing they need more of is bath towels and wash cloths. Also they don’t have beach towels and we were out on the lake. Had to buy some but couldn’t take back on the plane
