Perfect Location
The house was in a perfect location and it was clean and tidy! We weren't there during the day so I cannot speak to the outside traffic sounds etc, but at night it was perfectly peaceful. You can walk to the shops springs resort and dinning within 5 minutes. The only thing would be to bring towels for the hot springs because there were only 2 there. Not a big deal we went to Walmart and got our own but just a heads up. :)

Great location to downtown Pagosa.
Great location, walking distance to most shops and activities. Everything was good in the house, only complaint was the backyard. We were never able to utilize it. It tends to rain a little everyday in Pagosa Springs, so the cushions on the patio furniture were always getting wet. If there had been somewhere to store the cushions then we could have used them and then put them away. An umbrella for shade would have also helped. The yard also was full of overgrown weeds.

Wonderful Stay!
Location was convenient to downtown. Home was spacious, clean, had all the amenities we needed. It was a bit noisy being so close to downtown but traffic did die down later at night and traffic noise was not an issue for sleeping. Hosts were very quick to respond to messages. Staying here helped make our trip very enjoyable.
