New Rental! Great Views, New Home, Close to Downtown and Hot Springs

This 2 story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms was built in 2021 and ready for you to enjoy. Located on a quiet cul-de sac you will be amazed by both the southern and northern views from the spacious front deck as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner or drinks.

The living room, kitchen master bedroom / bathroom and a power room are located on the 2nd floor. The living room is perfect for the family gathering as you enjoy the gas fireplace or TV and has access to the front deck. The kitchen is large and ready for all of the chefs in your group. The living, dining and kitchen are all one room. There is a powder room on the way to the king bed master suite which has an amazing soaking tub, large shower and walk-in master closet. The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV and this room has private access to the front deck as well.

Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, laundry area and mud room as well as access to the full 2 car garage. One bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted TV, views and next to a full bathroom. The next room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds for the kids. Down the hall is the laundry area and then to a queen bedroom with private bathroom, private exterior door, small refrigerator and microwave.

This home is located in the downtown Pagosa Springs area where you are close to the hot springs, all of the downtown shopping and a selection of great restaurants and bars. This home is located about 20 min from the Wolf Creek Ski basin.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This home is now pet friendly. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog and an additional $100.00 refundable pet deposit. 2 dog max unless authorized.

All the amenities we needed, beautiful spacious open floor plan with plenty of room for the whole family and spectacular views of downtown Pagosa, the river and mountains in the distance. We were also so pleased with how close it was to downtown. We really thought it would be further.

fantastic property
We were 3 couples traveling to SW Colorado by motorcycle. This was a fantastic place to relax at the end of our riding days. We all had plenty of room and privacy, and enjoyed the deck for some stargazing. Will definitely rent this property again.

Great place for a family ski trip!
This property is located right in town and has everything your family needs to create fun memories. Our family of 6 had more than enough space. The house is in great condition. We saw wild turkeys and deer throughout the very quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Multi Family House
We traveled with another family of 4. We have stayed at multiple different homes in pagosa, but this was by far our favorite. 2 car garage to keep the cars dry with a garage code. We never even used the front door. This house was immaculate! The best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Nothing missing from what you need at home. My ONLY complaint…the mattress in the master is as hard as a rock. Just a heads up for someone looking for something softer. That being said, I would stay here again in a minute and just bring a mattress topper.
