3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Private Home In Downtown Pagosa Springs.

Newly listed! Beautiful house, completely remodeled, in downtown Pagosa Springs! Walking distance or a short drive to the famous hot springs and San Juan river. The home comes with everything you will need for a perfect mountain vacation! With 3 bedrooms the house sleeps up to 8 people. All beds have brand new mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a closet and en-suite bathroom that has a walk in shower. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with walk-in closet and desk/work area. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, sitting area, TV, and walk-in closet. There are 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has dispensers with all natural Shikai shampoo and body wash as well as a hair dryer. Downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, upstairs has a shower/tub combo. The living room has two chairs and a sofa with pull out memory foam mattress, TV with Netflix, DVD player. The coat closet has umbrellas, reusable shopping bags and misc. cards and board games for all ages. The dining room sits 6 and there are two bar stools at the kitchen island. There is a bench in the entry way with coat rack, boot tray, and a boot and glove dryer. Recently remodeled kitchen with granite counters and island that seats two. New stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, gas range and stove, refrigerator. Guests have use of a blender, Crock-pot, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheets, casserole dishes. electric kettle, french press, coffee grinder, standard coffee maker, spices and cooking oils. The utility room has access to a washer and dryer. Outside there is a locked storage area to keep all your gear plus a 4 burner gas grill with side burner and grill tools. There is also a fire pit with log seating.

Great location, great stay!
Very accessible property and close to Pagosa Springs amenities. Owners were quick to answer questions, check in/out process was a breeze! 3 bedrooms, but plenty of room if you have more guests and tvā€™s in each bedroom and living room was a huge plus!

The house was just as advertised, comfortable, and decently equipped. Our family could walk the neighborhood, walk to coffee, even to the Spa. Nice fluffy towels, plenty of bedding. We would stay there again.

Great Multi-Generational Vacation
We had a great stay on our family trip here! It is within walking distance of the hot springs (about a mile or so, an lovely views too!) and was a really great, clean place to stay. We brought our 4 month old and my in-laws, and it worked for all of us. There was plenty of room for us to have our baby things and not feel cramped at all. We noticed there were lots of things for young kids too, so it appears that young children would have lots of games and entertaining things. The showers were so perfectly hot too! The only con we could think of - not great pillows. There was a massive variety of pillows, but we all complained about them. Bring your own pillows or ask the host to double or triple the amount of pillows. Overall, fantastic stay at a great price point!

The property is pretty much as described. It is well stocked with essentials. Although we did not use the amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball courts), it is good to know these are available. The only inconvenience was that the ice maker was not working and the TV instructions did not match what was set up. These were not too much of a problem as we just purchased bag ice and we were able to utilize the Roku streaming service because we were already familiar with Roku.

Great location
Stayed here for the night while visiting the hot springs. Very well stocked house. Location is great as it is a mile from the hot springs. The parking is a little tight. Great communication with the hosts. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This was a cute little house that close to downtown Pagosa, the hot springs with plenty of easily accessible hiking trails. This was the perfect home away from home for my now husband and I on our wedding trip!

Perfect mother daughter getaway
My daughter and I traveled from Durango and Ouray to visit pagosa springs ā€¦. We were not disappointed. The location of the property was perfect and the home decor and home layout was appreciated. Plenty of room beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds . If we pass thru Pagosa again we will for sure choose this home

Exceptional Property

Our visit in Pagosa Springs was great and very enjoyable for 1st time visit there. The house did not have air conditioning upstairs that I must have over looked in details. We made it work and the rest was all good.

Enjoyed our stay. The place accommodated all our family of six with ages ranging from 1 to 65. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We appreciated the binder of activities with phone numbers and addresses of all to do and see around Pagosa. Our grandkids loved the toys and books at the house. The adults loved the size and privacy of bedrooms. The living room was small, but everything else made up for it.

Great place in a wonderful area
Iā€™m no stranger to the Pagosa area. Usually we stay at rustic cabins closer to wolf creek pass, however we needed a spot in town for a wedding. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Had all the amenities we needed, enough space for us, and comfortable. Itā€™s within walking distance to the ā€œolderā€ part of pagosa and the hot springs, close to grocery stores and a hop Skip and away to the beautiful outdoors. Communication with the host was prompt and answered all my questions. We were really looking forward to using the fire pit, unfortunately weather didnā€™t want us to, luckily there are some great board games here that all of us could play!

Hot and stuffy upstairs
There is a mini split at the base of the stairs that is adequate for the ground floor but upstairs where two bedrooms are is hot and stuffy. There was a coffee maker and filters but no coffee. There were weird things in the cupboards like a can of opened frosting and half a package of spaghetti noodles. The refrigerator had an assortment of condiments and pickles. The wide angle lens used to take the photos really gave us a distorted impression of the downstairs living space.
