Havanera is a charming house in the pedestrian area of Palamós that belongs to the group of fishermen's houses built in the 19th century.


Havanera is part of the "Boutique homes" group, holiday homes with a "smart-chic" philosophy, spaces designed for great functionality and with an amazing design. Havanera was completely renovated in 2018 respecting the charm and decoration of the sailors' houses and has all the comforts of the 21st century.
Its surroundings make the stay in Havanera quiet and within walking distance of all the attractions in the area, especially the beach just 300 meters. Next to the traditional shops on the main street, the Havana is ideal for walking in the afternoons or doing the Taverns route in the evenings.
Trade, culture, gastronomy, active tourism and beaches with services make the old town of Palamós an ideal place to start an authentic Mediterranean experience. The ideal way to get to Havanera is by car or bus. The old town is pedestrianized but you can drive to the house to unload luggage. Free parking is available on Terç de Napolitans Street (150 meters away). Once in the house you will not need to travel by public transport to get to know Palamós and the beaches. Everything can be done on foot or take a walk with the "Badia Bus" (summer months). The bus station is located in Plaça Catalunya (280m). Girona Airport is 40 km away (39 minutes ’drive). Barcelona airport is 125km (1: 44h journey)

A nice property as described
A nicely furnished place, not very big but has everything you need. It was great to have the terrace and our son loved the bunk bed. The coffee machine and capsules were a nice touch! There are a supermarket, a lovely bakery and many other shops nearby.

This property is in a superb location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The property itself is fantastic, plenty of room. It is so quirky, far removed from tourist accommodation. Perfect.

Wonderful spot in Palamos
We loved our stay at this property. It's walking distance to food, shopping, and the harbor. It is super-charming, clean, light, comfortable, and safe. We would stay there again for sure.

Fantastic property, great location
This is a lovely cottage, cosy and well equipped and has been refurbished with good quality fittings. The roof terrace is far more spacious than I thought and while it is a little overlooked, it's great for a morning coffee or evening beer. The location is excellent - just a few seconds walk to the main thoroughfare, where you'll find plenty of cafes and shops. The property owner/manager was polite and friendly and responded promptly to queries. Would definitely book again.

Eine wirklich schöne Ferienwohnung. Lediglich wäre ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse super - weil sonst kann man in dem kleinen Wohnzimmer nicht so gemütlich sitzen wenn draußen die Sonne auf den Kopf scheint. Und das Geschirr konnte mehr sein, das war etwas knapp bemessen. Aber sonst haben wir wirklich Nix, gar nix auszusetzen. Wirklich schön.

Les photos sont très avantageuses et font paraitre l’appartement bien plus beau, clair et agréable qu’en réalité mais passé ce detail nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme bien qu’en pleine ville. Ce qui d’ailleurs est tres pratiqie pour aller manger le petit dej ou les repas … tout est a 2 pas … la plage légèrement plus loin ! Vraiment nous avons apprécié Palamos et le logement mais nous n’avons fait aucune cuisine ! Quelques problèmes d’évacuation ont été réglés instantanément et avons pu joindre l’equipe a tout instant ! C’etait super

Perfekt feriehuse til den lille familie
Skønt hus der passer til den lille familie. Det store soveværelse er rigtig fint til voksne ( 1 salg - med bad og toilet ). På 2 sal er der 2 værelser, hvoraf det ene er med en 140 cm seng hvor der er meget begrænset plads på hver side, men stort set ingen opbevaringsplads, andet under sengen. Ved siden af dette værelse finder du et værelse med en køjeseng (gode madrasser) hvor vi havde 2 store teenagere sovende. Her er en stor kommode med plads til en del, Bad og toilet er der også på 2 sal. Øverst en dejlig terrasse hvor der er plads til 8, hvor man kan spise morgen og aftensmad hvis man har lyst, hvilket er sjældent da Palamos by har over 250 spisesteder. Du har alt hvad hjertet kan begære inden for gåafstand. Stranden er skøn med lidt groft sand og vandet er aldeles pragtfuldt (stranden ligger 3-400 meter væk fra huset). Du får valuta for pengene når du booker dette hus.

Schönes Haus in Palamós nahe der Altstadt
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr hübsch und übersichtlich hergerichtet. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist funktional eingerichtet. Im ersten und zweiten Stockwerk finden sich drei hübsche Schlafzimmer und je ein Badezimmer. Viel Zeit haben wir auf den schönen Dachterrasse verbracht. Direkt beim Haus gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, so dass man etwas suchen muss. Vielleicht kann der Vermieter eine Besuchermappe anbieten in der verschiedene Örtlichkeiten wie empfehlenswerte Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten, Müllentsorgung etc. aufgeführt sind. Dies hätte uns in den ersten Tagen sehr geholfen. Danke an Jeanine - sie hat uns bei allen Fragen immer schnell und zuvorkommend geholfen!
