The neighborhood is amazing, close to everything and 15 minutes drive to the Beach!

BEDROOMS:

PRIMARY BEDROOM (EN-SUITE BATH)

The Primary retreat features an En- Suite bathroom with white top counters, large round wood mirror & accents of soft light woods. The Primary bedroom has a King sized bed with light wooden end tables, soft creams & whites, Smart TV & small white dresser. Anyone sleeping in this room will be treated to direct views of the magnificent pool deck.

2ND BEDROOM

The 2nd bedroom is bright, cozy and features a Queen size bed, two wooden nightstands & decorative artwork. Beige Boho-style throw pillows & Coral pink throw. Clean white dresser & rustic rug.

3RD BEDROOM (EN-SUITE BATH)

The 3rd bedroom has a luxurious Queen size bed with dark teals, Florida-style tropical island décor and woven headboard.

4TH BEDROOM

The 4th bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a chair that converts to a single bed. Coral decor with Palm pillows & a light greys.

BATHROOMS:

The home has three full bathrooms to make getting started on your day a breeze. The first is the primary bathroom, with granite marble tops, step in shower, elegant vanity area, and hotel-quality towels.

The 2nd and 3rd bathrooms have a shower, with white vanities & soft wooden accents.

KITCHEN:

The impressive huge kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and double stainless fridge with double freezer, a gorgeous tile backsplash, dark rich wooden cabinets & marble counter tops, and loads of additonal cooking preparation space. This home features a gorgeous outside space with incredible landscaping, beautiful outside lighting, saltwater pool with new diamond bright deck, large Tiki Bar which can seat up to 15 people complete with lighting for those night time get-togethers. Backyard also features a fire pit area and plenty of room to lay out by the pool and have a BBQ.
