Palm Coast Paradise!
Gorgeous home, beautifully renovated. Beds very comfy too. Bathrooms are so pretty and the rainfall shower in MBath a nice touch. Location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes to grocery and other shops and restaurants. I-95 is a 10-minute drive and there are several public beaches only a 10-minute drive over a $3 round trip toll bridge. We live in Fl and have family in Palm Coast so this was wonderful for us to have our own space. Jacksonville and Orlando airport both convenient. My husband would have liked a pole lamp behind the sofa as he does not like overhead lights. The overhead fans are very functional, and the seating areas by pool more than adequate. We have rented many VRBO homes, and this one rates as 5 stars for sure. We did not use the kayaks, but I would love to return and explore the bay, canals and river. Sunrise over the water is special and you will never want to leave - the view is spectacular. Our grandson loved the saltwater pool. House is well stocked with beach toys, beach towels and more. We found the home to be very private for us. And we found Chris to be very responsive and helpful - we hope to return to this jewel!

Lovely Property in Quiet Neighborhood
We had a really relaxing stay at this property. It is located on a turning point in the canal network so the waterfront area was quite large so houses across the way were a fair distance away. While there are neighbors on each side the neighborhood is very quiet. The outdoor space is fantastic. We took full advantage of the pool and even stayed in one day for a pool day. There is a bar area and full table which allows for easy outside dining if desired. The area is covered so rain won’t cancel your picnic.really liked the primary bath. Shower was large with 2 shower heads. Only thing I didn’t like about the shower was the pebble like shower floor. Kind of uncomfortable but not a show stopper. Location is central to a lot of sites. Easy drive to St. Augustine, Daytona, Flagler. We even took a ride to Titusville. Along the coast there are nice beaches to explore as well. Near Titusville there is a Manatee viewing area in the river where we saw at least a dozen Manatees, gators and dolphins. Behind the house they say dolphins and Manatees sometimes swim around there but we did not see any. Wish we had a boat as the 2 dock areas would have made it easy to tie up and take day trips. Overall a really nice property and a relaxing stay.

Amazing!
This home had everything we needed and close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. House was very clean, pool was excellent and the views was amazing. We were able to see dolphins swimming a couple mornings. The only issues we had was the master bedroom's bathroom sink did not have hot water and the grill and fire pit propane tanks were empty. But those issues would not stop us from staying there again.

Shelter from the Storm
The house and pool are beautiful, but we didn’t get to use the pool much because we had a hurricane! We were able to shelter family members who were evacuated from hotels! We appreciate such a safe and beautiful environment. Thank you!

WOW! At first sight.
As we rolled into Palm Coast we knew we had chosen well. When we got to the house we knew we had chosen Very Well. First thru the door the words out of our mouths were WOW! The view is stunning. The place was clean and well kept. We needed a kcup coffee maker and some small storage bowls so we purchased and left those for other to use as well. Everything else was available and made the week long vacation way to short. I dare say we all needed one more day, but that would have left us wishing for yet one more day. The owners were very easy to reach and communicate with. Would we stay again? Yes, most definitely!!! Location is decent, though I wish it was closer to Daytona but that is just a me thing. If this house is on your list do yourself a favor and book it now! You won’t be sorry.

We were in town to move our daughter to Flagler College. We had 3 generations we us. This house was perfect. We swam, fished and made such wonderful memories. We will definitely be back plenty of times in the next 4 years!

Great Family Vacation Location
Beautiful views!! The hosts were quick to reply with any questions we had! The kids also loved the outdoor and pool area, which was nice to have when the weather was a little “iffy” for the beach! Gorgeous home… with all the cooking utensils you’d need, too! I would definitely recommend going to the home before getting groceries because there was so much they provided for us that we didn’t need to purchase, like paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, etc.
