Fantastic!
This unit is very clean, modern, and exactly as pictured making it perfect for a long stay with adult children. Awesome layout allowed for quiet privacy for the bedrooms which were separated from the living/dining areas. Loads of table space for work, meals, and games. The balcony has a stunning view of the adjacent golf course and in the distance, the ocean. Easy walkovers gave us quick access to the beautiful beach and the gorgeous pools were a short walk away. Would definitely stay again for a quiet vacation!

The condo itself and the community amenities were perfect for our family vacation. The beach, multiple pools (kiddos in lakeside and morning laps in beachside), walking/running trails and proximity to restaurants, Publix, excursions. Every box was checked!

Amazing Stay!
My family and I enjoyed this condo. Lots of room, gorgeous view, quiet, very well stocked kitchen, well maintained and clean! The community is also very nice and safe. My family loved the community pool and children’s splash pad and pool. The Vacasa staff was responsive when needed. The only thing that I would add to the listing was the couch had a sofa bed that was not listed.

Spacious with a gorgeous view
We enjoyed the spacious condo. The furniture, especially couch is outdated and makes a lot of noise when you sit on it. We asked Vacasa if hot tub was heated and they said yes but it is wasn't. No little supplies for kitchen like foil but it was well stocked otherwise. Overall, it was nice.

Entry Code and Door Lock
The entry code we were given did not work. We called Customer Service and they advised we use the lockbox key. It was difficult in getting the key to work and release from the door lock. The door handle is showing wear and needs to be replaced. Other than that everything was great. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and the accommodations were very nice. The view to the ocean was lovely.

Beautiful, spacious condo. Had everything as promised on the online description.
Our friends group of 6 really enjoyed our stay in your condo and the place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One very minor issue was a moldy shower curtain liner in the queen bed bathroom. As we chose to visit mid-September, we did not know until our arrival that 1 of the 2 pools would be closed for use and that the onsite Bar/Grill would be closed for the season - it would have been great if that would have been communicated prior to our reservation making. A suggestion would be to have an information packet or binder located in the condo - mainly with detailed information on each TV's operation as we all struggled with figuring that out, general info on trash rules & location as a reminder. The grounds were beautifully maintained. All in all, a great place to stay, I'd certainly recommend it!

UNCOMFORTABLE
ALL beds were very uncomfortable! Sofa bed VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! If you are charging for everyone, then the sofa bed needs to also be comfy. Contact person was rude when we told her the door lock was NOT working. When the locksmith came, we only received 1key fir 8 people.
