PLEASE NOTE: This is a private home in a residential neighborhood and is not available for events or weddings. AS PER PALM SPRINGS LAW, OUTDOOR MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT! The property can accommodate 14 guests (a maximum of 12 Adults and 2 children 12 years and under). It is GREAT for families with children, family reunions and for couples get-togethers. Outdoor fireplaces, spa in a cave and a swim up bar make it perfect for getting together and enjoying friends and family.
This beautiful 6,800 square foot estate has 6 fireplaces on the property. The pool has an island in the middle, with a BBQ kitchen (sink, mini-fridge and BBQ), fireplace, patio table that seats 8, hammock and sandy beach. The island is accessed by crossing the bridge from the mainland over the river. The spa is in a cave and has a slide from the top into the deepest part of the pool. The river circles the island. Pool is heated to 82 degrees on arrival; NO pool heat on morning of departure, but you can use the spa. Jets can be turned on to create a current in the river. USE OF THE WATER FEATURES; i.e. MOVING RIVER, SLIDE and WATERFALLS ARE AN OPTIONAL FEATURE. There is a $500 deposit collected by VRBO at booking. It is part of your total payment. Usage is calculated by taking meter readings before and after your stay; usage is billed at $3.90 per kw hr used. Any unused deposit is refunded by Lessor following departure. It costs apx $40/hr for use of the moving river; apx $10/hr for the slide or waterfalls. You can use these features as little or as much as you wish. The main house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. There are two Casitas. The South Casita has a King bedroom, an apartment size kitchen and full bath with shower. The North Casita has a Queen bedroom; it also has a Full/Twin Bunk bedroom that can be used by 2 children 12 and under, a shared bath with tub/shower combo, apartment size kitchen and its own living room with a pullout Queen bed. The property can accommodate 14 (At least 2 must be children twelve years of age and under).

Even Better Than Advertised
The check-in process was extremely easy, and everyone we talked to for this booking was very nice. The house was clean and had all we needed in terms of bedding, utensils, supplies, etc. The property actually looked better in person than in the photos! The pool and it's amenities were the highlight, of course. Everything worked perfectly. Our group had a great time and I will not hesitate to rebook if we are ever back in town. Thank you!

Great property for a family & friends get together. The property is very spacious and the rooms are fantastic. Itā€™s a great layout with plenty of space, and the separate casita rooms make for good privacy even with a large group. The game room is awesome - plenty of games and space for kids and adults. The lazy river pool is awesome and the slide makes for a great time. The host was great and gave plenty of property info and instructions for the houseā€™s amenities. Definitely one of our favorite stays!

Family birthday, all adults , plenty of space so everyone could have private time, pool and water features were great, property manager provided videos of rooms and how to operate pool, etc which was really helpful--as was the property manager. We were told in advance that weight equipment was not working, not an issue for us. Game room was fun, pin ball machine was not working for us, but plenty of other stuff which we enjoyed. Kitchen well equipped.

Great Experience!
I spent the weekend here with a group of 10, and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's in a great location, less than a mile from downtown Palm Springs, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is clean, welcoming, and huge, with plenty of space for a big group. The kitchen is well provisioned, so cooking & serving is easy. We took advantage of the great pool, the barbeque island, and even the lazy river and slide! There are plenty of rafts, towels and shade if you're like us and intend to spend your whole time outside. It was very comfortable outside, even at 110+ degrees. We certainly would have loved to have some music, but it's Palm Springs, so that's a no-no. The only critique I can think of is a minor one. There are a lot of steps/stairs around the pool, so if you've got any mobility issues, some areas (the island & the outdoor bar come to mind) might not be accessible. The owner, Carol, was very friendly and easy to work with. She communicated well, setting expectations, and answering questions quickly. All in all, we had a very enjoyable experience, and I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

The lazy river lives up to it's hype
The property was clean and spacious. The game room and lazy river/pool/spa are really the highlight of the property. Downtown Palm Springs is within walking distance. There are some minor cosmetic repairs needed for the property but it didn't detract from the great experience. We'd definitely stay here again

We had the best time at this 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom property with an amazing river current pool (and slide)! With a big group, the nicely appointed rooms and common areas offer privacy but can also handle the whole group dining or socializing together. The pool temperature is perfect for cooling down on the hot Palm Springs days and you are close (just over 1 mile) to a lot of yummy dining options and shopping. Please note that Palm Springs does not allow music at any volume to be played in the outdoor areas but this does not deter from enjoying the this unique property. This is my 2nd time staying here.

Our three generation family loved loved loved this getaway
We had a ball with all the outdoor activities, the game room, the dining tables indoors and out that could seat all 13 of us. The teens took the little studio, the kids were in the bunk beds off the game room, the town ups each had a big comfy room off the pool. The managers were super responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer. Also, bonus, great spaces for hiding Easter eggs. Teens could walk to shopping, and the rest of us never had to leave the compound.

Everything you could need
This property has everything you could possibly need! From floaties for the lazy river and pool to kid size life jackets, the gym, massive game room, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, non feather pillows (for those with feather allergies). It was great! Communication was good with the host as well, highly recommend staying here. Also a great location, very close to everything in downtown Palm Springs.

Great House, lots of things to do, so much space.
The house was bigger than expected. Lots of places for people to sleep, hang out, play games. lounge in the backyard (lazy river!), and tables to do actual work together. We especially liked that everyone had en suites, plus there was three kitchens so people could store stuff in fridges, make a small meal a part from the group. Plus the large main kitchen, dining room, great room was perfect for assembling the entire group - 10 people with guests on Friday night. I cannot stress how much room there was - over 6,000 square feet and a huge backyard. The only issue was that the fire alarm kept going off on the first night (no fire, just a faulty alarm). But the management team was very accomodating. Because of the inconvenience they allowed us to use the lazy river without an additional charge. The management was very good about communication, getting back to us quickly throughout our stay.
