Hi there.... If you don't see the dates you need we have another property in the same Country Club, minutes of each other. Please request the Property ID info and we can get it to you.

Our beautiful remodeled 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is facing toward the perfect sundown, water views and a unobstructed mountains. Everything in this home has been redone and it is Smoke, Vaping & Pet Free, indoor & outdoor. We have a fireplace in the main room and the master bedroom is facing the golf course view... not all units will have this.

It sits is on the fairway on the #2 challenge course and has a large patio with table/chairs and 2 full size loungers and a BBQ.

** There is no Smoking/Vaping/Pets indoor or outdoor allowed**

We only use:
- High end linens, towels
- Duvets that are changed between every stay..... so NEVER an old comforter to worry about. We replace sheets, pool towels and bed linens frequently to keep them fresh.
- Blowdryer
- Curling Iron
- Ironing Board
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, appliances, utensils and high quality knives to cook with
- BBQ and BBQ tools
- King Bed, Queen Bed and and a Queen Air mattress with full linens to accomodate up to 6 if needed.
- 2 Bathrooms, one with a bath/shower & one with a walk in shower.
- 3 Flat Screen, Smart TV's in the living, master and guest room
- Netflix, Hulu accounts you can access there with your log-in, traditional
Cable, Sports chanel and movie channel included, movie rentals will be charged against
you security deposit
- Burner phone for emergencies, but personal cell phone needed
- WIFI included
- There are over 44 pools in the community, we our condo being steps away from 2 pools. There is a large clubhouse pool with lap lane.
- 1 Car can fit in garage, otherwise you have 2 car driveway.

This is a private Golf Course Community, which makes the grounds superior and gorgeous. You will need to belong to American Golf to Golf there, otherwise there are many beautiful courses everywhere around the area.

Walking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Hiking Relaxing.... all part of a perfect stay in Palm Desert.

Toto trip!
Our hosts were amazingly attentive and thoughtful. After a long ride down from Vegas through Big Bear Mountain on our motorcycles we were met with hospitality , a great location and great communication. We will be booking with these hosts for all of our trips down to Palm Springs for concerts moving forward!!

Lovely apartment in beautiful complex
Our stay at JJ and Alicia’s place was lovely, the unit is clean, modern, and well stocked. It’s a gorgeous complex with palm trees and many pools. Only con is quite a bit of gardening noise in the morning if you plan to sleep in.

Clean, safe, well appointed room, met all of our needs for father/son golf weekend. The only negative is that this unit is located across the street from the railroad line and trains woke us up in the middle of the night multiple times. I would not rent this unit again because of this location.

The country club property is lovely. The unit we stayed was very nice and well equipped. Unfortunately, the location of the unit on the country club grounds is at the back of the neighborhood and backs up to the road and train tracks. It is very noisy - many trains go by regularly. The person in the back bedroom, if a light sleeper, might get disturbed frequently. Also, some amenities that were advertised were not available.

Awesome condo!
We would stay here again. Palm Valley is such a great community and this condo is updated and very nice. Beds are comfortable too! The owners were great at communicating with us and checking in to make sure everything was going okay. Thanks for a great stay!

Unexpected cleaning to do ourselves for 2.5h
The same day we were to check in, the owner says there was no way to find a cleaning service to replace hers (who had called in sick). Not sure if she is local, but if so and if I was her, I would go clean the property myself. I understand if she doesn’t live close by. Anyway, we got there and just as told… No cleaning had been done so here I was with my two elderly in laws washing showers, scrubbing bathrooms, changing linens in both rooms, cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming, taking out trash etc which took us about 2.5h. Then when I was going to bed I found a small bug (in the clean linens I had put on the bed myself. No idea how it got there). Yes, we were offered to either get a full refund back and find somewhere else to go that same day ($$$$) or get the cleaning fee refunded. I picked the later, but I think it would’ve been nicer if we got an additional discount on this rsvp for the inconvenience. The grounds are beautiful (they have golf course) super clean and well kept, lots of pools to enjoy as well. Owner also had bikes and scooters which is ice. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be booking this property again.

The property was not as satisfactory as I had anticipated. I ended up with a list of items that needed to either be replaced or repaired for the next group of guests ranging from the garage door not operating to broken items in the unit. A disappointment considering the cost of the unit and the sounds of freight trains rumbling through the unit every 10-15 minutes. They sounded like jet planes landing outside our door throughout the day. The best selling point was the view from the patio. The unit was the most expensive one in the area-definitely overpriced!

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view from the back patio was spectacular and the home was beautifully decorated. Great condo in Palm Valley
Perfect spot for our stay in Palm Valley. The condo is nicely updated and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is some train noise but that is normal in that area. Palm Valley is a beautiful little community.

Just what we needed!
Really nice place. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. We did quite a bit of cooking and the kitchen had all the tools, etc., that we needed, and not just crappy tools but good quality. Their potato peeler rivaled mine! Pools were in close proximity. Bedding was really cozy and good quality. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The only thing that I would say would have been better is less noise from the freeway, and the occasional train. We were surprised and a little disappointed the first evening when we went to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view that it was quite loud. But thankfully it didn’t bother us at night with the windows closed.

The property is nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. A few small things need attention: windows and screens are dirty, back screen door broken, sticky drinks spilled on patio hadn’t been cleaned. Railroad is close and loud.
