Place itself very nice .. condo needs attention
Check in women was extremely friendly / kind and very helpful. Condo was warm when I got there in the evening .. went to put air on and read don’t put above 72. I didn’t hear it going so just figure I was hot. Went to bed. Next day again the air not turning on. It was a bit cooler so I opened the slider By the 3rd day it was a cold day. When I got back it was extremely cold in the place. I went to put the heat on and nothing. I did call office and was told if the neighbor has there air on you can’t have the heat. Kinda weird but ok. I did express I think it’s broken. It hasn’t come on at all. She offered to have someone come look at it but I had just gotten in and was tired and in the middle of something. I just bundled up. She did say she would put a note to have someone look at it. I asked to be notified even though I was checking out. I know it was broken and I feel I should get some kind of compensation. Some of the lamps you had to jiggle to get it them to work. That’s not good The overall grounds were nice. Condo a little run down. There was no bedspread. Just sheet and a thin blanket.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and answered any questions we asked. The only downside is that the interior is dated however the upside is that it is very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils except for a kettle.

Great stay. The staff were amazing, they let us check in 3 hours early. The pool/hot tub area was great. The room was a bit dated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and bathroom amenities were scarce. but it was spacious with a kitchenette area (no stove). We ate at the Golf Resort restaurant and Pablo was excellent. The views were incredible. Overall 7/10 and a great place to stay for the night.
