Not a 4* hotel- service poor.
When we went to check in at the 2pm time stated the hotel would not let us and told us that hotels.com were wrong and the check in time was 3pm. We sat and waited this extra hour with our bags and then the room was still not ready. The staff on reception were rude and rolled their eyes at us. Disappointing to say the least. The lifeguard around the pool again was rude when we asked why the pool was shut early. This hotel is a little out of town and we ended up getting the bus into the centre. Bang average hotel- I would avoid staying here again.

El hotel muy bien ubicado a 15 minutos aproximadamente del centro histórico de Palma con Farmacias, restaurantes y supermercados a pocos metros. Las habitaciones sencillas y comodas. Lo unico fue que una de las habitaciones que tome tenia un olor como a caneria y en la otra se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban en la habitación de al lado. Los elevadores muy lentos. En cuanto al servicio al llegar nos atendió una chica blanca, cabello chocolate y ojos claros que la verdad a todo le decia que no. Pedi 2 recámaras juntos con tiempo y me dijo que no habia, le pregunté si podia dejar el carro afuera mientras hacia el check inm me dijo que no sabia, las horas de los desayunos no sabia. Con esa cara de brava la verdad y casi me voy. Nos dijo que para llegar al estacionamiento debiamos subir las escaleras diagonales y después bajar, resulta que si me metia por el tunel subia un piso y llegaba al parking directo. Por ultimo, el desayuno del hotel muy bueno y completo. El servicio de limpieza muy bueno.

The room was very old with some cracks in the ceiling and bad soundproof, as I could hear everything from the upstairs guest. The bathroom was clean. The housekeeping kept disturbing and coming into the room without even knocking the door. I was getting changed and they just came in which was very uncomfortable. I asked the reception to knock the door before coming in but it kept happening. The staff was friendly otherwise.

Perfect location on the harbour .. a little bit of noise due to the road upgrade but that will end soon! Staff are lovely and professional.. helpful and approachable.. Will definitely stay here again 😎

Nice hotel but definitely overpriced
Paid for a room with sea view but was given a room with a view over an air conditioning unit. Called reception and they sorted straight away which was good. Bit of a queue/wait at reception but staff on the deck attentive once they understood what we were after. Nice pool and lovely bar staff there who were very attentive. Just the pool was v busy as it’s quite small. Overall a nice place to stay once we’d sorted out the room issue. But definitely overpriced at well over £200 a night.

If you like noise and teens… perfect.
This was our first trip to the island. The hotel was in a terrific spot. It was just filled with teenagers running around all night. The hotel next door had teens spitting out of their windows onto the outdoor staircase. The breakfast was ok. The pool was crowded. We took day trips away from the area and ate dinner in town when we got back. Daniel was the best part of the experience. He gave us great suggestions on where to go and which beaches best met our needs. He suggested restaurants that we liked and helped us secure taxis. Other than that… I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with really comfy beds. Balcony was massive and I had a great panoramic view even though I was only on the first floor. Nice pool area with bar service to your lounger, friendly staff and food available too.

The property is in a great location and the staff is terrific. Unfortunately, there is construction taling place outside the building along Av de Gabriel Roca, which makes things dusty and noisy. But otherwise we very much liked the property

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming. Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony. We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered. There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies. We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm. There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel. We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again.
