Situated all on one level, the house comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and open plan living. The spacious front deck features an outdoor entertaining area including a tv & bbq. The Winnunga Beach House is pet friendly with a fully fenced rear yard. Other features include a 4m swim spa, fire pit and a solar outdoor shower.

Best trip we have had!!!!

The only problem we encountered was the house was not available for us to stay longer!!! Perfect location, fantastic property with everything we needed, sensational super clean spa and extremely perfect for our boxer pup. Could not recommend more highly!!!

Excellent

Quiet and relaxing location with 5 mins walk to the beach. The property was well-equipped (including a laundry room and a washing machine). It could be better if one of the bathrooms had been renovated with modern amenities. Overall speaking, we had a pleasant 3 night stay. Thanks!.

Location excellent. Two residences on property

We loved the location of this house. Short walk to beach and river mouth. Short drive to Pembula and Merimbula centre. House was clean, beds comfortable and one modern bathroom and one older style bathroom which was cute and kitsch. Some minimal cleaning supplies were available but there was no salt and pepper so we had to buy that. Nice kettle and toaster. No coffee press. The pictures make it seem like the spa was on the deck attached to the house but it was a short walk across the backyard on a separately built deck. The spa was clean and warm. The house was split in two and has been arranged so there it operates as a separate residence. Nobody seemed to be staying there but it didn't feel quite the same as having a separate house to yourself. Overall good though
