This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. This condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1602 in Tower 1 on the 16th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a new king size premium bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, 40" ROKU smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size premium bed, private bath and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and 32" flat screen & Blue-Ray player

The 4th bedroom has a twin bunk bed and 24" ROKU smart TV

Perfect New Year's Vacation
We had a wonderful time over the New Year's week in Panama City Beach. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect - we didn't have a car and it was very easy to walk everywhere! The indoor pool was perfect for night swimming. Being right on the beach was a treat - the kids didn't mind the cool water temps - they were playing in the waves every day! The condo is well stocked with anything you need! The kitchen is the best we have had - with all the spices and pans you can imagine. It really felt like home while we were there. We had 3 generations and each family had their own room - this was so helpful! The dining table and living room had plenty of room so we could eat, play games and lounge all together. Every morning we enjoyed the balcony and watching the sun come up.Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect
We were in town for the Ironman event. Location of this property was perfect, marathon course went right by the Majestic. Property is as advertised, great access to the beach, pools, and hot tubs. The entire property was SUPER clean, unit had everything we needed, host was extremely responsive. I will definitely look for this listing again next year

Great condo in great location
the condo was just as described. Very clean, everything you need for a week of pleasure. The view was amazing overlooking the beach and the gulf. On a couple of days these was double red flags, but the pools filled in perfectly. These was also a large assortment of beach chairs and stuff to use. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay!
The room was perfect and Ray and Susan have everything labeled for added convenience. The only complaint would have to be the elevator situation, there isn’t nearly enough and more than half of our stay there were a few that were broken. However, the location was perfect and everything about the room was exactly what we needed for our week long stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious stay for a large family. We will certainly be back!

The condo was as pretty as the pictures. The view off the balcony was gorgeous. The elevators were fast, but at times there were a lot of people waiting for them. We found the indoor pools were nice and less crowded. We enjoyed going out on the beach looking for shells. The beds were very comfortable.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was so beautiful and the location was excellent. Restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores were all very close. So many were within walking distance. Panama City Beach was absolutely gorgeous and didn't disappoint!

Ray and Susan are wonderful hosts! They responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The condo was just as described but was actually more beautiful in person! It was super clean and they had it well stocked! All we really had to buy were groceries for the week. We had the best time during our stay thanks to Ray and Susan! Parking for the complex was super easy as well.

Condo was as advertised, well stocked for a family. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything you need to cook a meal, bonus was going down an elevator and right onto the beach! Would book again when staying in this area.

The room was very nice and updated. All the switches had labels as to what each one went too, that was very nice instead of flipping them all. Many things there to take to the beach for the kids, even beach towels. They had a starter pack with what you needed on your first day so you didn't have to get out as soon as you got there. The outlets in the bedrooms had USB ports, well thought out there for sure. 2 fans, which is a great idea , now I did not use them but the ones that did said they did not put out very well. We used the ceiling fans. The kitchen was well equiped except for a bigger skillet which we needed because we had 5 adults and 5 kids. The bedroom with the queen beds the ones that stayed in there said one of the beds that they rolled to the middle. My mother slept in the king master and she had no complaints. The room we slept in the bed was comfortable but I felt like I would roll off the side. I think it might have had a mattress pad and maybe just needed to be straighten out. The bath/shower combo is slippery so a mat in the tub might be a great idea. Our toilet had a leak we called Ray and he was right over there to fix it. You have to park across the street so there is a walk involved, my mother couldn't do that but we just let her out at the door. The resort does have a lot to offer. All in all our stay was great. Ray and his wife put a lot of effort in the way things are done in his condo. He was great to rent from. One thing, walls are paper thin!

The condo was very nice. Only problem was we couldn't figure out how to lock the patio door in living room. Once I mastered it we had no worries about the 2 year old opening up the door. Wasn't happy that the indoor pool was closed.
