The primary guest suite is decorated in the subtle shades of the sea and sand and offers a king-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, a full-length mirror, wall-mounted TV, and plenty of storage space for all your belongings. The ensuite bath features double vanities and an oversized, tiled walk-in shower.
The first guest room offers a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, dresser, and ceiling fan. The second guest room also offers a queen-size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and wall-mounted TV. These two guest rooms share a full hall bath, with a tiled tub/shower. An additional half-bath is conveniently located on the first level.

• There are two 24 York Lane A's in the community. This unit is located on the West side of York Lane. It has a blue garage door.
• The north pool has a 5000 sq. foot pool surrounded by a large deck with grills and bathhouses.
• The south pool has a fire pit for guest use.
• Ride your bike or take the golf cart to the public beach accesses or nearby communities such as Seaside, Seacrest, Alys, Rosemary, and Watercolor Beach.
