In 2024, we provide TWO free beach chairs with TWO Umbrellas set up for you each day by the local beach chair service from March 1 - Oct 31!

This 5th floor unit is one of the largest condos at the Calypso Resort, with more square feet than many of the 3 bedroom units. This 2-bedroom 2-bath unit sleeps a total of 5-7 perfect for families. We have beds for 5, but can actually accept up to 8 guests if you use the sleeper sofas, one is an infant in a Pack N Play, or if you bring an air mattress to use in the living room. Next door to our 508E you can rent both for a larger family gathering! Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrade as well!

Please read before booking:

* No Pets
* Renter must be 25 or older
* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.
* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.
* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. A second vehicle pass may be requested. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle. These fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.

Appliance nightmare
My family and significant others went on our yearly vacation to our favorite place, Calypso in PCB. This was the 1st time ever that the dishwasher, washer and dryer did not work. I know, I’m on vacation, but we don’t eat out every meal, so we cook a good bit (8people). The dishwasher was broken (maintenance came) and Property Manager said it needed a new part, so we did not have a dishwasher- I had to hand wash all dishes (not my plan). Also, the washing machine would not spin, agitator was hit or miss. Had to keep trying to spin out my wet towels then swimsuits. Then the dryer, I was able to get some things dried. I hung towels & swimsuits everywhere. I ended up having to leave with wet clothes/towels in a garbage bag and each person had their wet suits. The lady that I spoke with was very nice. She said since we we’re having so much trouble they offered Axe throwing or Dolphin cruise. We were all just enjoying beach time and declined offer. I did ask for pizza delivery, to eliminate dishes. They offered only $30 back to my husbands card. I’m not really sure what I wanted, other than working appliances, but that seemed insulting- Dolphin cruise for 1 is like $65, we had 8 people, I thought pizza would have been much cheaper. I am not sure I’ll go thru this company again. I was stressed out. Other than that, the condo was fully functional, nicely decorated with a beautiful view. We love staying at Calypso, so we can walk to eat! See you next year!

It was beautiful , condo was clean , everything was great only issue we had was waiting for an elevator during certain hours which we learned very quickly and it’s manageable. Overall my family and I were very satisfied and would come back!

The overall booking, check-in process and stay was amazing. We couldn't be happier with the condo! Close to Pier Park and multiple restaurants. The condo was clean and quiet with no road noise and a stunning view of the gulf.

Calypso's Best
This was our 5h stay at the Calypso over the past several years and 1-509 was the best room we've had to date. Everything appears to have been updated recently. The unit is very large for a two bedroom unit. Agents were extremely attentive to any of our needs. I would recommend the rental of this unit to anyone without concerns.

A year to relax
The property nice and clean. One negative thing is that the property management does not remove saved chairs at the pool when people have gone to the beach. Every time we went to the pool we could never find seats. I’m sorry but I don’t pay $$$$ to not be able to get a seat at the pool when clearly there are seats people have saved and left for the beach. Our condo manager was awesome but due to pool seating I won’t stay here again.
