Long Beach Resort Tower 2-1203-2 Master Bedrooms! Gulf Front!

Enjoy the white sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico when you book our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full baths condo that sleeps 8. This condo is equipped with a full kitchen and supplied with everything you will need to prepare meals when you come in from a long day on the beach. Enjoy amazing ocean views from the balcony just off the living area or wake up in the master bedroom with king bed or the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds with full windows for the amazing views as well! In addition, the sleeper sofa, sleeps 2 comfortably! Our condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. All furniture is new! Condo 1203 is located in Tower 2 on the 12th floor - very close to the Lagoon Pool. Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided in the condo for guest use.

When you stay here, you may enjoy all we have to offer, such as the beachfront view, 3 community pools, a hot tub, a poolside restaurant that offers sandwiches, snacks and drinks.

There's so much to do here in PCB when you book with us! Stay on the beach and enjoy the sand and water, go parasailing, deep sea fishing, swim with dolphins, golf, paddle boarding, rent a jet ski, play mini golf, go to Wonderworks for a fantastic fun time! When it comes to what you'll be eating down here, you're in good hands! If you decide to dine out, you're in for a treat! There's a great amount of amazing traditional food and seafood spots throughout the area! We are actually located just down the beach from the world famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar.
Free Beach Chairs: 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas will be available in the condo for your use.

Very Nice Stay in Panama City Beach
The location of this property is excellent, on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The accommodation is very good with both bedrooms facing the ocean, which is a big plus. Parking is easy (though there is a charge for an extra car). Everything worked well.

I was satisfied with the condo. It was very clean and comfortable (except for the vent in the guest bathroom was clogged with dust, and the shower curtain fell apart on the first day of our stay). I did report it. But, I was not comfortable with having someone in the unit while we were gone. I was disappointed that there was no consideration for the inconvenience of only having one shower for the weekend. I would suggest replacing the cushion on the lounge chair on the patio. They were very flat.

We had absolutely an amazing stay at this lovely property on the beach, which provided a beautiful view of the ocean, the property itself was extremely clean, well taken care of, very roomy and very updated. The property was beautifully decorated and relaxing! The property manager was absolutely amazing and very responsive! We will definitely come back to this gorgeous place! My family and I have been vacationing in Florida for over 10 years. We have been to Daytona, Clearwater and PCB. We have really come to like PCB. Beautiful beaches, sunsets, restaurants and activities for kids. This year we rented from Emerald Coast Real Estate and Vacations. Farrah was our contact. To say this unit was amazing is an understatement! Rental process, communication, condo description, views and activities were all A+! Farrah was amazing to work with! By far my best rental ever in Florida! We cannot wait to go back!

We loved the layout of this condo and it has the best views from the main living area as well as both bedrooms. The balcony is large and has solid, comfortable furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Bring beach towels and beach toys and enjoy the beautiful beach!

Home is beautiful and as per pictured. King size bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have doors to the balcony. Furniture was comfortable. Can see groups of sting rays and dolphins from the balcony. Easy check in with the gate security. Would recommend this unit and rental agency to everyone!
